Superb stay in this beautiful and tastefully appointed outbuilding: a beautiful space very well equipped and clean. In the heart of Villeneuve sur Yonne, with all the amenities on foot, we were able to enjoy a great place for walks on the edge of Yonne and enjoy the surroundings. Very pleasant family weekend under a beautiful winter sun, peaceful place. Functional house albeita little cluttered. Awesome SPA and full of toys and amenities for the kids.

We had a great weekend for 15 people, there is plenty of space, the accommodation is very warm, clean, very tidy and all the necessary amenities are present. I would this property without hesitation.

The cottage is spotless and super clean, Very comfortable bedding. It is located in a small quiet village next to Auxerre, we booked it for the second time and we will be happy to do so once again when we return to work in the area The hosts are super responsive and accommodating on check-ins. This place is wonderful! The pictures really don’t do it justice. The pool is fabulous and the peace and quiet and the views make it the perfect spot for a relaxing break. The bedrooms were all generous sizes. The place is very rural (great for walks and runs) but that adds to its charm.

Spacious house, with queen beds which is very comfortable when we are used to 180. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining room also, large garden with swing much appreciated by our children. The location is a good point too. I would rent the house again for our families without hesitation. See you soon

We had an exceptional weekend with friends at this beautiful home. The place is spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host was very welcoming and attentive, responded quickly to any questions we had, and made sure we had everything we needed.
