Our stay at this place very close to Asiago was really nice. The structure offered every necessary comfort and was well cared for. The hospitality and welcoming atmosphere made the experience relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and comfort! The only downside for those with a dust allergy, I found a lot of it.

The highlight is the view. Simply crazy and fantastic!! The apartment lacks nothing and Nicole is super helpful and also gives good tips & recommendations for the area. She was always quick and responsive. The location is very and perfect for switching off. There are many restaurants and markets in the area. It feels very local as there are no tourists and instead many Italian villages. So you experience Italy in the original 😁

We had a great time in the apartment, which is super centrally located in beautiful Cassone, very close to the lake and not far from bars and restaurants. We found the small grocery store at the end of the street, which is open every day, particularly practical. The bus stop is also just a stone's throw away. The apartment is tastefully decorated and on the terrace, which is directly adjacent to the garden, you can relax wonderfully. Stefania is a very friendly and accommodating hostess. The apartment is a real gem and we can recommend it to everyone without reservations!

We were super warmly welcomed by Christoph and Claudia and instructed in everything. The cottage is located just above a small village with a bakery, supermarket, restaurants and Co. Everything is within walking distance in about 15 minutes. The view of Lake Garda is simply fantastic. The place itself is well maintained and well equipped. Unfortunately, we were less lucky with the weather, but we had been well supplied with wood in advance and were able to make ourselves comfortable in front of the stove. The Wi-Fi and Internet access also worked reliably and quickly.

moreno's welcome was accurate and went smoothly. The house, although it is necessary to move by car, is close to numerous points of interest and is in a quiet location. It was a pleasure staying here and feeling part of this place. we hope to go back! In any case, we will let our acquaintances know this place! special mention for dogs and cats that were present on these vacation days, absolutely fantastic and have never bothered!

I spent two days with my family in Ezio's beautiful home. The house exactly reflects the photos and descriptions, as well as the outdoor area, and everything is carefully maintained. We were looking for two days of relaxation and that's exactly what we found. The area is particularly quiet and very close to Lake Caldonazzo. The ability to use the heated hot tub in the evening, overlooking the surrounding mountains and stars, is the icing on the cake of the house. Ezio provided us with a lot of information and helpful tips on activities to do, where to eat and everything you need. We really felt like friends of the hosts. Last plus: we were asked to pay the utmost attention to separate waste collection, which made us very happy.

The most beautiful home that I've stayed in on Air BNB. The best host, Erika was so warm and friendly, nothing was a problem, her home was stunning and she ensures her guests have the best possible holiday. We had a great holiday. The location is great. The day begins or ends on the terrace overlooking the lake and Limone. Good starting point for activities in every direction. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. The car parked right outside the door, which is a big plus at Lake Garda. The landlords are always helpful. We can only recommend the property.

A stay with a great lake view and all the amanaties you need for a family with childrens. The host is very friendly and make you feels. The place is well equipped and very clean and our stay was great!

From the minute we checked in I knew we found a great place. Our flight was delayed meaning we wouldn’t arrive until 1am, the lady at reception stayed on for us. We was brought breakfast every morning too which was great! Pool was great and not fighting over sunbeds! Also having access to the ice machine 24hr is a great idea. We travelled with a baby and they made everything easy, even a late check out! I have never stayed anywhere that lets you check out at that time so worth all the stars! Thanks

Highly recommended! Convenient location both for walking, proximity to lakes and museums. Jamilia was super thoughtful, very kind beyond our expectations, calling us with a sweet welcome aperitif and fragrant pancake operating in the morning, the large and very clean house impeccable! wonderful house in a very quiet area, large and cozy kitchen, windows with views in all directions to enjoy the scenery. The host was very friendly and prepared the apartment very clean and tidy which made me feel like it was just built. The house is conveniently located to travel to famous places in the Dolomites. Wonderful house and ubication in beautiful landscape. Ideal for small family if you want some time to relax at a quiet place. Davide was the perfect host and always was there ti help out. The small city has some restaurants and a cafe. You can have a walk to the beautiful Asolo historic center from there also or take a bus to the nearby cities.

Antonella is a very kind and helpful person. She answered all our messages in a friendly way and was really helpful even in matters that were not mandatory for her, for which we are very grateful ☺️ The place has a very good location, beautiful views from every room and a large terrace where in the morning we enjoyed the wonderful view while having breakfast. We definitely recommend it and if we have the opportunity, we will visit it again.

The location of Cima 12 is superb! The house is surrounded by many hectares of nature, which offer a lot of quietness and privacy. The 360 view of the Dolomites is magnificent. Our host Thomas was friendly and responded quickly when we needed him. Changing the gas cylinder for example we could do easily ourselves with his clear explanation in English. Apart from the washing machine that we were told on the day we arrived temporarily couldn't be used (washing shop was a 15 minute drive by car so not a problem for us), the house comes equipped with everything you need for a nice vacation. We especially enjoyed the view from all the large windows and the balcony that faces directly Cima Dodici! All in all, as Thomas calls it, a shabby-chique styled spacious Italian Alps house in the middle of nature with lots of sunlight (and shade if you preferer) and all modern utilities suitable for two people or (large) families/groups. We enjoyed our stay Thomas!

The house is very nice, very well equipped and offers many possibilities: sitting and playing comfortably next to the fireplace, cooking, ... Several seating options on the balcony, on the terrace, in the garden and under the gazebo. Playing table tennis or basketball or hiking in the woods. Breathtaking views from the house directly or from the garden: the view of Lake Garda and the town of Arco and the Dolomites. I and my family will do this. Keep your vacation in beautiful memory for a long time 🥰

Marco and his family live in a small paradise. The house nestled in pure nature is a true gem, the view priceless. We were guests with our daughter and our dog and all of us could not have enjoyed it more. The place is superbly equipped, lovingly decorated and spic and span. We were very warmly welcomed and Marco's daughter and wife immediately give you a warm feeling of 'home.' Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

We chose this place for our annual Easter climbing gathering. It was perfect for a large group. The access road is a dirt track, but it was manageable to drive on. We especially enjoyed the large dining tables in the evenings—they created a great atmosphere for spending time together. The stoves also added a cozy vibe to our stay. Lorenzo was a wonderful host: precise, responsive, and always available when needed. Thank you for hosting us!

Everything was as described, clean, well communicated and all worked well. Close to slopes for skiing and lots of nice walks around. Would definitely recommend it for a stay.
