Truly a beautiful house, Ajdin is very kind and ready to respond for anything

We arrived with 6 adults, a toddler and a dog. The house with its 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms offered enough space and comfort for us. Our two vehicles had a parking space at the house. The terraces and garden offer pleasant retreats and the pool was a highlight for us. In the glazed front structure to the entrance, bicycles, stroller and other accessories had enough space. There are plenty of towels and bath towels. Christian is a straightforward and helpful host and is very quick to respond to all queries.

Very nice house and clean

Roman's house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and warm. It has three levels, three large bedrooms, with empty furniture for storage, two bedrooms share a balcony, there are three bathrooms, a desk, a pantry with many and varied appliances, lots of kitchenware, several board games, it's ideal. The indoor pool area has an indoor mini garden, with tables and sun loungers. We received the house impeccably clean, it has everything you need and more! We went for Christmas and they even provided us with cookie cutters. The setting is beautiful, the views are incredible, we had cows and even neighboring horses. The house has a terrace with an outdoor dining area, two sleds and next to a hill where we slid in the snow. (It's almost the patio of the house). Ladau is a 20-minute drive from Salzburg, with quick and easy connections. Thanks Roman, we enjoyed your home. We'll be back

It is a very tastefully furnished house with a very well equipped kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. The location is a little remote, but you have a fantastic view over Vienna. The bus can also be reached in 5 minutes. We celebrated our family Christmas at Daniela's house and she provided us with her Christmas decorations. It was a fantastic stay that we very much enjoyed. The house offers plenty of space and coziness for a relaxed family gathering.

Nice house in beautiful area, everything available for a relaxing holiday. Friendly host who likes to communicate and give tips. Super quiet at night. Our dog Seppi also enjoyed it very much. We will be happy to come back here.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The property was absolutely stunning and was so well equipped that there was absolutely nothing you could think of that was missing. Beautifully decorated, in pristine condition in stunning surroundings. The amazing wellness facilities were perfect for relaxation after our hikes through the stunning vineyards in close proximity to the property. I really can not recommend this property enough. Our host Ute, was extremely professional, very proactive and communicative and provided valuable tips for restaurants, vineyards and places of interest. I will definitely come back soon.

The perfect place to spend a weekend or an entire week! The house is absolutely fantastic. Everything is in the right place, and it’s super clean and cozy. Spacious and warm bedrooms, a huge living area, and a sauna with the best view in Austria. Konrad is a superb host! He is very responsive and extremely polite. There’s plenty of room for any activities, with stunning views from every room, allowing you to observe the beauty of nature right from your bed. It’s also close to charming small towns with great restaurants and ideal for day trips to Gruner See or even Hallstatt. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! We had a stay with 4 adults and 3 children. The house was very large with spacious rooms and plenty of parking. All the amenities were available and it was really clean. The only downside… the same period has already been booked next year.

We had a really good week with our family with 3 young children. The house is definitely child-friendly enough (children aged 3 and 5). Everything looked cozy and was neatly tidied up. The floor, bathroom, kitchen and rooms were all clean. There was only some dust here and there, but we can live with that. Everything we needed to cook was provided in the kitchen, there is also a small freezer. We didn't have a lot of extra charge on heating and water (wood fire used for heating). Outside, fun toys and various bicycles and scooters are available. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood and thanks to the washing machine and dishwasher we didn't have to spend much time in the household. We enjoyed, definitely one more recommended.

We were a group of 6 adults and one child and had a wonderful time in this house. The house was spotlessly clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – there was nothing missing. Amicie was very friendly and always quick to respond. We would come back any time and can highly recommend this house!

We felt very comfortable. There were seven of us in the house plus a dog and there was plenty of room. The landlords live opposite and were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped and we also received another pan on request in no time.

Place was great value for money and had everything you need for a small family for a skiing trip! And the place was really clean. Mehmet is a very friendly host, very responsive.

This was an absolutely beautiful house overlooking the city. Anita was a consummate host and made our stay much more pleasant and easier. She left the kitchen stocked with more than sufficient essentials. The house is a somewhat strenuous 1/2 mile walk up or down a hill from the tram stop but when we were hot or tired, taxi service was easily available and inexpensive.

We had a great family holiday. The home is beautiful, especially the annex with the more modern kitchen and long table. The view from the main bathroom is breathtaking, especially at sunrise. Due to the many spacious rooms, it is always possible to be on your own.

Really nice villa with a superb view over Bludenz. Support from the owner and their service company was outstanding. We had, or at least we thought we had, issues with the heating and the dishwasher, both were fixed on the same day. Nice and friendly team.

We had a very pleasant stay: perfect weather, great skiing and last but not least a very nice and comforatable accomodation.

We enjoyed our stay and had a really nice time there. Communication was great - everything was well described, quick responses and despite self check-in, we felt very welcome by the messages. The house itself is equipped with all the necessary things, very nice and lovingly furnished. You come in and immediately feel at home. The distance to the ski resort or hiking is also great!
