Super friendly host, breakfast prepared is amazing . They even offered us the winter windscreen protector. Such a most thoughtful host i have ever met. Another guests i heard the host offered them a ride to station.

Amazing place. It gave me the opportunity to be very self-contained, I didn't know how well located it was until I arrived. I would definitely recommend and come back this place again. I traveled alone and had everything at hand, super clean and with clear instructions.

Very close to the train station and the city center. Kurt is a great host, everything is clean and well organized. The wooden interior of the rooms creates a nice ambience and makes the place special.

Even though the rooms are quite small and the bed is not a double but two singles pushed together, making sleeping with your partner a challenge, the location can not be beat. It’s located in the heart of Vienna minutes from St. Stephen’s Cathedral, restaurants, shopping & cafes. The rooms are clean and have everything you will need. Who wants to spend time in your room when in this magical city anyway! The price is super reasonable for where it’s located and we highly recommend Pia’s flats if you want a superb location at a very affordable price! Highly recommend!!!

Stefan was so helpful and provided the best base for skiing we could have asked for. Super close to St Anton and well connected by bus, plus a small shop and ski rental place locally. The house is so cute, well equipped and also spacious. Will definitely be returning!
