We absolutely loved our stay at Julie’s place, very charming old house in a private yet very central location. The views are incredible and the place was cozy and well equipped. Highly recommended

James and Michelle are great hosts who have been very friendly, both from chat messages to in person conversations. The cottage itself was beautifully designed and has everything you need for a comfortable fuss-free stay. Waking up to a flock of sheep just outside your window is a very interesting and healing experience, especially for city dwellers. The host James also kindly offered to bring our elder daughter on his daily morning touring of animal feeding, and it was one of her most memorable experiences of the trip! There is also the sheepdog Zeus who is indeed a friendly giant. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area!

Absolutely loved our stay at this air bnb. We are a family of 3, with a 1 year old. It was the perfect base to explore many of the family friendly activities on the peninsula, and a fantastic place to unwind between exploring. Our daughter loved the goats, cows and exploring the gorgeous gardens. Caitlyn was very responsive, and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Honestly wish we had booked a longer stay, so will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Diane’s place. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect escape, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our son especially loved spending time with the horse and chickens—it was a real highlight for him. Diane and her family were really friendly and helpful. A truly enjoyable experience!

Beautiful cozy spot right near the Richmond town centre. Super sweet sheep dogs also said hi which was a nice addition! Also appreciated the sheep who came up for a scratch. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our time. It's private and peaceful at the back of the property (seperate driveway) and well located to nearby towns. The cottage is really comfortable and great value for money. Highly recommend also if you're keen on fishing and taking the boat out to Nillahcootie.

What a beautiful space! My partner and I had 2 perfect nights here and it truly felt like a home away from home. Located within the fruit trees, the scenery was stunning. The host was so great, so friendly and easy to chat to! So many nice little gestures like lots of snack and breakfast condiments/options as well as eggs from the chickens! 10/10 would recommend 🙂

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Star gazing in the hot tub was our highlight. Would recommended it for anyone who loves the farm and being with nature. We saw alpacas and kanagaroos in the backyard. Very high quality kitchenware when cooking up a storm. Great night sleep, the mattress and pillows were comfy! Only feedback is to have entrance lights/driveway lights to the cottages. Note, we arrived quite late in the dark. Otherwise, loved the experience!

Genevieve did everything possible to make our stay a great experience. I booked this as a surprise birthday getaway for my partner, and without me having to ask, Genevieve added a bunch of little treats to celebrate. Everything was super clean, and the little things like turning on the towel heater was a great touch for our stay. Both my partner and I had the best time, using the fire pit to toast marshmallows gifted to us by the hosts, and enjoying the beautiful sunrise with a cup of tea overlooking the most peaceful landscape. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice getaway, it is so worth the money.

Love this spot, it really is a hidden gem, great to be able to enjoy the jacuzzi and fire pit while watching the stars. Stayed here last year and could not wait to get back.

I spent a relaxing week at this cosy and charming retreat with countryside side views. Tim and Chontelle were lovely, welcoming and accommodating. Chontelle checked in with me to make sure I had everything and even went out of her way to grab some groceries for me which I was very grateful for. The place was clean and tidy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fireplace was a bonus for a toasty and warm experience. The farm animals were adorable, dogs were super friendly and cuddly. It was a peaceful, quiet and private getaway from Sydney’s noise and pollution! Highly recommend this unique rural retreat. Beautiful, quiet, scenic rural setting, just a few minutes from town centre. Lovely outlook. Spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped with everything you need. Dining table with BBQ is out on the deck. Thoughtful welcome pack including fresh farm eggs and bottle of wine. Generous guest supplies for kitchen and bathroom. Top quality appliances. We stayed at Riverview for 3 nights with our 2 children and felt it was perfect for our holiday in Mudgee. Short easy drive into town. Beautiful surrounds and very peaceful. Place had everything you could want. Would recommend to others.

We had a great stay at Marijkes cottage. The cottage was clean and just as described on the listing. We were greeted by Harley on arrival as well as the steers in the paddock behind the cottage. Our girls loved the farm experience and their interactions with Harley throughout the stay. Marijke and Jon were wonderful hosts and we can’t wait to return.

Great spot to relax with kids and the dog. We went with friends, so 2 families and everyone had a good time. Donnybrook is near for provisions, a pub in walking distance as well as other good places a shortish drive away.
