Our maisonette cottage (44 sqm) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet district Bürgerfelde- on the outskirts of the city and yet central! Only 15 minutes by bike or bus from the city center, train station and university and in a few minutes walk in the green surroundings. The house is refurbished and equipped with everything Pipapo new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy are 1-2 people/couples, for a couple nights you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. My place is good for couples, families, and furry friends (pets - the property is not fully fenced). More impressions on our website Ammerlandoase and Zum Pferdestall. The house has 6 beds (1 double bed - 2 bunk beds, distributed over 3 bedrooms). 1 high chair available. No fishing.
