If you're looking for a chic apartment in downtown Auckland for a couple or on your own, then this place ticks all your boxes. Fabulous shopping, restaurants and cafes right almost on your doorstep not to mention the ferry terminal almost across the road and Britomart transport hub almost next door. Saying, that it is quiet for an inner city apartment. Lloyd is very friendly and responsive and has great taste in furnishing and art! Just a cool place and location and would highly recommend.

Great place for people who would like to be located in central as well as who needs a check in early, especially when you arrive from international flight super early. Edreen greeted us as we arrived and shared all information by herself which is really great feature! The location is worth price and save for women travellers!

Lu's studio is true to the listing. Our stay was perfect in this space optimized for comfort. Everything was nice🌟 and the bedding was very comfortable. Lu was very attentive, even remotely, always proactive. We appreciated the little touches: special mention for the sweets and quality hygiene products in the bathroom! Another good thing: The location of the studio is very convenient for transportation, walks, restaurants, etc. Thank you Lu!

I was looking for some where to stay near Torbay Sailing Club & this was listed as a couple of minutes walk from Waiake beach. Perfect. Marj's little flat was perfect for single or a couple. Nice comfortable bed, modern bathroom & a little fridge to pit a few beers for after sailing. Best restaurants are in Browns Bay about 2 km away. Marj was very accommodating

The view of the harbor, boats and sunsets sets this place apart. The location is also great to be so close to the ferries and many restaurants. The apartment is clean and spacious, with all the supplies you need. Yudy was very responsive and we met Trevor at check in which is done in person. He was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to see and eat. Highly recommend!

Lovely little get away space. Nice and cosy for me and my little family. Enjoyed the pool, great view of the sky tower. Sharon communicated very well and quick to respond. We left something behind and Sharon was quick to help out, big thanks to her daughter for driving all the way out with a spare key 😅. Would gladly stay again.

Beautiful apartment as described. Netflix and Disney channels in two bedrooms. Nice welcome pack and some sundries in the fridge and cupboard. A large range of cooking utensils and kitchen wares available. Close to shopping centre with local supermarket, gym, cafe, hairdresser, florist, etc. Unfortunately, the driveway is very steep and may not be suitable for elderly or immobile persons to walk up and down. Overall, beautiful apartment close to shops and harbour foreshore, beaches.

Peter was very acommodating for the extremely last minute booking I made. He was responsive within about 5mins after I booked. He answered all my questions and gave me all the details I needed to check in. The apartment fitted my needs exactly, was clean, and was in a great location in Auckland City. It was a 5 minutes walking distance to the SkyTower. Would definitely recommend!

Such a beautiful apartment right in the heart of it all. If you are looking to stay in Auckland city I would highly recommend this Airbnb, being right in the city was magical. The location is unmatched. This apartment has the perfect view overlooking Queen Elizabeth square, with front and centre views of the ferry building and harbour. The apartment itself has beautiful high ceilings, beautifully decorated and everything you could need/want for your stay. It suited us perfectly. So glad we booked for our time in the city and we will definitely be back again! Thank you again Rebecca and Georgina.

The Emerald Resort was very comfortable and in a great location. Within walking distance of Takapuna Beach which is beautiful and within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed Tok Tok and Botecelli’s Italian restaurant. Downtown Auckland was a short drive away. Janice is a great host and the resort provided great maid service. I recommend the Emerald Resort to all looking for a place to stay when visiting the Auckland area.

Such a good spot. Far enough from the heart of the cbd that you won't get all the city noise, but close enough to walk wherever you need. Great host whos always there to answer questions and cater to your needs. I challenge you to find a place here for a better deal than this one that isn't a hostel. Had a great time staying here before finding a permanent place in the city

This was my favorite airbnb stay in Auckland. The unit was cleaned really well and the view was so wonderful! The location is perfect for getting around the city and of course for any harbour tours/activities. Having the balcony was really special! Close to public transit and a woolies metro down the street. Highly recommend for a city stay!

We spent 4 nights at this property - overall we had a great experience, the room was very cozy and a nice place to relax, good location in CBD with most attractions within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if in Auckland.
