When I checked in, Kathy greeted me to introduce herself and welcome me which was nice. The selection of coffee was nice and the side patio was nice to relax on. I used the hot tub once, and it was clean and hot. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I was able to sleep like I was dead, and the couch was very comfortable for when I wasn’t sleeping. I like how the tv was adjustable for bed couch or in between viewing. It’s a great staycation place to just relax for me since I live close by.

The home was surprising! You enter the home and it's so warm and clean and comfy. Then you turn a corner and find an absolutely beautiful lower level with a bedroom and bathroom. Every bit of the home felt comfortable and we very much appreciated our stay. We brought our dog and walked the backyard and neighborhood with him. Tiffany made it so easy to bring a pet and didnt make us feel like he wasn't welcome. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Judine is an awesome host and her house was fantastic on all levels! Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped and is also in a really great location. Close to downtown and you can walk to many shops and restaurants. We hope to utilize her home in the future and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Manhattan for any reason!

Had a great stay at this quaint house in Topeka. Quiet area with room for more than one vehicle in the driveway. Clean!Comfortable beds with nice decor. Comfy couch and great space upstairs for extra room/beds. Only downside is the backyard was not fenced and we would have loved that. Overall would stay here again if we needed to go to Topeka!

This Airbnb has to have the most beautiful view in Lawrence. It is so incredibly peaceful, you feel like you are in the middle of Colorado. The space itself is really cool and has everything you need to relax. As the description states you can rent the upper half (which we did) or the whole house. The upper half of the house had plenty of space for my husband and myself, and more to spare if we needed it. Truly a gem, and the hosts were incredibly nice!!!

Very spacious and roomy stay. It feels like two houses, minus a kitchen on the bottom floor. Home was clean, tastefully decorated and served our needs perfectly. The surrounding acreage is great to explore with near by pond as well. Most everything you could need is available to make you stay comfortable and fun too.

Kris’s property was exactly what we needed while visiting Lawrence!!! Kris was so kind and accommodated us better than any host we’ve had through Airbnb yet! She also contacted me after my kiddo left some property there and let me go by and pick it up. The whole process was easy from beginning to end and the home was so beautiful, comfortable, and clean! I would stay at Jack’s house over and over. The home is so beautiful and spacious. We had everything we needed. The space this home has in incredible and it’s so cozy and comfortable. This Grantville gem is a great get away. We would have loved to take advantage of the remote trails, screened in porch and quiet surroundings, but for us it was the perfect spot to group and re-group for our son's wedding in Topeka, just a short drive west. I would recommend this to anyone going near there, Mallory's communication is spot on. Thank you all for sharing your home.

we had to get together for a late Thanksgiving early Christmas out of town family and this was the perfect home to host that! Everything was well laid out, there was activities from our youngest to the oldest, we had great weather, so was able to sit in the backyard with a fire a few nights. We spent a lot of time cooking as a family, and the kitchen was perfect for that. I highly recommend Brickside Beds and will be telling family about it in the future!

I hope to return one day to Garnett and Ritas & Jeffs Rural Farm. We came in to attend Graham Cattlemen School, and this rural farm was like being on vacation, while also advancing our education. So relaxing, and peaceful. Lots of wildlife to enjoy and cattle. Home was very clean and beds were comfy.
