We booked this last minute and the host Elizabeth responded right away. Same day checked in. We enjoyed our stay. Wish had time but only reserve for a day. Definitely wil be going back again. Our host Elizabeth was so friendly and helpful. The place was clean. Thank you to the host for everything.

Michael's place was nicely remodeled and very clean. It was comfortable and met our needs. The basics were present in the kitchen, however there was not an abundance of supplies. We appreciated both the coffee and tea appliances, as well as the extra cozy comforters. Michael was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

They accepted our stay with very short notice (within 3 hours of arriving) which was a load off my shoulders. When we arrived at the house it was absolutely beautiful and a very quiet neighborhood The décor was not only beautiful but very functional. It was very spacious and extremely clean. Wonderful backyard and board games galore.. they even had a Christmas tree up with the lights on for us in the large front window it was very welcoming. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this place to anyone needed accommodation. We booked last minute while heading south on a road trip and we're so glad we did. The house was comfortable, clean, safe, and had everything we needed. We walked the dog in the neighborhood, a historic tour is one block away. Great communication from the host. Would definitely book again.

Location makes it easy to get to other places in Davis. It’s not a big place but nicely arranged. Beds are very comfortable. Sun comes in the kitchen window in the morning and is very nice. Our host was really great and responsive to our needs.

Amazing location to stay at! Looked just like the pictures and had lots of amenities. The place was in a nice neighborhood and was pretty quiet during our stay, so definitely a good place for a quick getaway. The host was very responsive and was very accommodating. We also got a complimentary wine which was a first for us. Would definitely stay here again when the time comes :)

We had a nice stay with another couple and two dogs. Jacque left us cute notes and treats/beds for the dogs. Everything was well thought out and very comfortable. Would consider staying again if it was a little less expensive and closer to the snow!

We had a great stay here! The home was cute and cozy and had all we needed! Izzy was very friendly and responsive and to any questions we had. The only thing was that the wall unit kept blowing air on us overnight as it is facing the bed.

We had a fantastic stay! Our hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The house was beautiful and felt like it had been recently remodeled—it looked amazing! The kitchen was awesome, perfect for cooking and gathering. My kids especially loved the pool for cold plunges (even in the winter!), and the hot tub was an absolute hit. We’d definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to downtown Sacramento, close to the CIM expo and a bus pick-up spot, which was super convenient. The apartment exceeded expectations—it was even better than the photos. I highly recommend it!

I stayed here to relax before a road trip with my brother after long connecting flights and delays. This place was so beautiful. I had a simple night but it was peaceful. The pool, waterfall, fire place. Everything is so pretty together. Inside is full of dreamy art. Felt like a cozy cottage in an oasis. Would love to stay here again sometime when it is warm. nice and quiet place with beautiful surroundings. The place was cozy with lots of games to play inside and a couple of games to play outside. it also has a great place to sit outside with a fire table.

Lindsey was a remarkable host. Answered all my questions even before our stay and during our stay. Very friendly to work with. We sold our house and was moving out of state. We were in limbo for 7 days with 3 dogs. We felt so welcomed there. very private. Our dogs adjusted quickly which we were grateful for. We will be back again in April and we will be staying there.

Modern construction is a new neighborhood. It's convenient, clean, new interior. If you're looking for something with more personality, charm, and quirks, this isn't it, but it's a pleasant place to stay.

Peggy's place was a charming getaway. The garden area was beautiful and it was extremely relaxing under the stars in the hot tub at night. The town itself is beautiful and looks like a fairytale suspended in time. Peggy was a great host and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again!

Very cute place to stay, perfect for a short stay….. walking distance to Trader Joes and Sprouts and driving distance to many other things to do. Would recommend, and stay again. Pet friendly is a plus!

We have stayed at the Triangle Ranch for two retreats and it has been an amazing experience! The hosts are amazing and are pros at making everything easy and seamless. It is such a beautiful and serene location and if I could give the experience 6 stars I would.

Accurately described. Perfect place to stay in Grass Valley. Close to downtown with trails close by in a beautiful, quiet area. . The beds were comfortable, kitchen is large and we'll equipped. I will definitely book here again.
