Good week in this house

4 friends and I stayed 1 night and two days at Lucilla's. We were welcomed by the parents, who were extremely kind and helpful. They also made us find a great homemade tart:) Very nice house as pictured and clean. The outdoor space is well-kept and well-equipped. The stay was perfect, I highly recommend it !!!

This place is set away in the hills in a little town called San Casciano. You’re kilometres away from the nearest sign of life, so everything is so serene and peaceful. The place itself is a classic old Tuscany villa. Exactly what we were after. It’s an old house but everything works to make the stay comfortable. Angela who supported with check-in and check-out was extremely helpful. Loved our stay here and couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

We loved Elena’s place and wish we could have stayed longer to just relax and soak it in. The property is beautiful - the pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. Elena provided a couple of restaurant recommendations that were spot on. We would definitely return!

What a host! From suggestions on restaurants and places to go through to offering to drive us to a restaurant one evening! A lovely guy and very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone, if they want a quiet place where it is so easy to sit back and relax. Thanks Marco!

Stefania and her family were excellent hosts, meeting us on arrival and ensuring that we had all our questions met. The home and views from the property were incredibly and even better than the photos. My friends and I had a lovely stay, I only wish we had booked longer.

Alex is an amazing host. She made us feel so welcome. The apartment was very Tuscan quaint and the location was wonderful for driving around Tuscany.

The views are beautiful. Peaceful neighborhood. However, the kitchen is missing several items for cooking.

We arrived at the house a little late, and there was Tiziana waiting for us with a smile, some cookies and an aperitif. The Halloween set house🎃, my kids were amazed. The house is of high quality and well cared for. Many royalties to enjoy, coffee, jam, milk, buns, in short, we didn't realize everything. We really would have liked to stay forever. We spent 5 days in Fabio's villa. Beautiful garden for our 2 year old daughter and our dog, all fenced and safe. The house is very close to many other villas, but privacy was absolutely not lacking. The railway is across the street, many trains pass, but the villa has spectacular fixtures that make for loud noises. At a 5-minute walk there are amenities and the sea a little further away, you need a car to reach Santa Marinella and the beaches. The house inside is small but there is everything you need, tidy and simple. Fabio was a helpful and kind host in all our requests and needs. Thank you very much, we hope to be back soon.

We stayed in Poggio Bustone da Veronica for 4 nights, the village itself does not offer much, but it is central to move around easily. ILB&B, the trail welcomed us and guided us to check-in in person and Mrs. had prepared for us a beautiful apple pie that was much appreciated. A chest where everything was in the right place we didn't miss anything , there was everything we could need, we felt pampered. A recommendation once you arrive at the village better to tephphonate and be guided. I recommend THE TRAIL A structure that you can welcome, we felt at home.

Everything was perfect, Francesca was super helpful from the first moment of booking, the apartment is equipped with all the amenities we needed.

Absolutely stunning, peaceful spot. It was perfect for my family of 5 as a home base for exploring Umbria and Tuscany. The beds were very comfortable and we loved having a fire every night. Very nice to have the option of drinking some of their wines if desired.

I stayed at the adorable place with my family for a week. Upon arrival, the host gave us the key and showed us everything. We especially liked the large pool and the breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno from the upper floor of the house. We had a very nice week in Umbria and explored the surroundings in day trips. If you have any questions or problems, the host has always been kindly helped. We like to come back

We enjoyed our stay at Tiziana's place as it is quiet and nicely decorated in a traditional Italian style, not to mention the great view of the Civita and access to an underground wine cellar. Tiziana also recommended us a nice restaurant within walking distance from the house, which turned out to be excellent!

Great home, right near the old town of Sutri. Many great cafés and restaurant in the area. Matteo was very helpful and always caring host.

Amazing vill in a lovely Town!

Photos and descriptions didn't fully describe this antique jewel. We were surprised to find a very charming 2 floor home in a secluded olive grove. Nobody else lives in a radius of over 500 meters, our dog was happy to roam around freely. Quarry stone walls, beautiful old inner doors, floor tiles and wooden beams give the feel of a 200 years old house. However, the kitchen, TV, bathrooms, warm water, windows and main doors are perfectly functional. We much enjoyed the large covered terrace, to grill in the outdoor fire place and loved to use the fireplace inside. Historical Todi was a surprise, in fact we found it even more interesting than beautiful Assisi and Orvieto. Irene sent us a long list of shops, restaurants and interesting places to see. Our favourite was the wine tasting at Todini. We can definitely recommend this place and would be happy to return anytime!

Cesare - the host - was very friendly and helpful. He was very responsive and always reachable. The house is not very big but space enough for 2. The garden and the surroundings are great. Spacious garden and quiet surroundings. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and the sea is only 30 minutes away. Will come again.

Mrs. Lorella was the best you could expect from a host. She greeted us with kindness, making us find the house already heated and allowing us to keep our bikes in the house. The house, equipped with all comforts, has a small entrance garden and is located on the road about 1.5 km from Castel del Piano. Clean environment, linens provided, comfortable beds. Lorella also made herself available to accompany us for dinner in the village and to return to pick us up. A huge thank you to Lorella and her son, we had a great time!
