Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Athis-Mons

This place is amazing! From booking to our arrival, Jean Patrick provided excellent communication. When we arrived, he ensured we had everything needed to find the location via taxi. He assisted us with getting our bags up to the top floor of the building and walked us through the apartment and even met us to help get everything down at the end of our trip. This apartment is the end unit on the top floor of the building and very quiet. From first glance walking in, you feel at home and much larger than they appear in the photos. We were traveing with our three kids and they had their space and we had ours. The kitchen and bathroom are also large and spacious with the added benefit of having a washer in the apartment. Great restaurants and bakeries are within short walking distance in either direction. You are steps from the Musée de l'Armee and the Tomb of Napoleon, a very short walk to École Militaire metro, busses and a view of the Tomb and Eiffel Tower. We wish we could stay longer!

A lovely apartment in perfect surroundings. Close to cafes and restaurants, as well as public transportation. It's good that the windows are so soundproof, as there is noise from people on the street, but that's part of staying in the city center. Lots of life and good vibes. Worth a visit.

Great location! Close to the Eiffel Tower, supermarket, shops/restaurants, as well as the metro. A nice small room, with great communication and accurate descriptions.

Positive aspects of the accommodation: Excellent location, very central and close to everything, with good restaurants, the subway, a pharmacy, and a supermarket nearby. Also, Tristan always responds quickly to my messages. Negative aspects of the accommodation: The apartment is exactly as in the photos, but with less light at this time of year (September). The heating is central and only starts working in October and by the end of September we already feel cold, as the apartment is quite humid. The bed in the bedroom has two mattresses and the top one is smaller, as is the sheet, so it was not very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is low, and the third person does not take a very hot shower. We loved our stay! Hope to come back.

This top floor apartment was right in the heart of everything we wanted to see and do -- as well as near the 8 Metro line, making all of Paris in-reach. There was an elevator, which was helpful with luggage, as well as after a full day of walking to see the sights. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. The apartment had everything we needed. Check in and check out were both easy. A previous review mentioned this is a smoking-friendly apartment, but I am not a smoker and did not notice any lingering smells. All in all, it was a lovely apartment in a great part of town. Just blocks away from the Eiffel Tower with local bakeries, markets and grocery stores right out the door.

This apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. The kitchen is amazingly equipped with anything you might need and is a wonder of organization and storage! We loved being in this location of the Marais. It was convenient for us to walk to all parts of the city. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. And we were in Paris! How could one not be happy there?

What a fabulous apartment! From the oversized living room to the ultra modern kitchen with high end appliances, this was a great apartment in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely return!

Jonathan was very attentive and kind in our stay, answering when needed. On the other hand, the location is good, the metro station is 2 minutes walk and there are several supermarkets near the accommodation.

House as advertised: lots of charm, very clean, comfortable. We had a comfortable weekend, thank you!

The house was as described, very large for two families (there were 9 of us). The super-equipped kitchen, spacious and comfortable dining room and living room, large bedrooms, and comfortable beds. Plenty of bath linens. Also equipped with children's games. Great proximity to the rer and functional location to the city (convenient to reach in about 20 minutes by rer, but located in a quiet place away from the chaos). Very close to a large supermarket and the pharmacy. An added value, however, was Taous, the owner who was able to respond promptly and in a very simple but effective way to our requests. We had a small problem with the heating, he immediately sent us a person and then he still intervened to arrange the best. In addition, he gave us a lot of useful information for the stay. In short, a stay that made us feel at home! We highly recommend it

I had a wonderful stay at the villa! The home was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it feel like a true home away from home. Our host and on site staff were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Great place away from all the tourists but close enough to get to all the sights of Paris by metro and bus. Plenty of good restaurants and small grocery stores in the neighbourhood. The apartment is quite spacious by Paris standards and has a large very well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and uncluttered and we felt very comfortable and slept very well in the large bed and quiet surroundings. Olivier was always quick to respond and always very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in amazing Paris.

It is an excellent option, 5min walking from the metro which takes you to the airport, said metro has an elevator and electric stairs, like My Maison has an elevator and a special room for storing luggage, which makes it very easy to get around with your luggage. The place is amazing, it has the amenities you need, cute spaces, care, and well organized. the view of the balconies looks like Parisian. Walking you get to the Louvre and endless restaurants. I would definitely stay here again again.

I can’t say enough about Philippe’s place. This will for sure be my go to place in Paris. Its the best location in Paris. The place is beyond beautiful. It’s even better in Person. Philippe was super friendly and helpful with everything including restaurant help. He had pastries for us upon check-in. He even accommodated our early checkin and late check out. Beautiful place with very neat decoration and impeccable cleanliness. The host is extremely responsive, responding immediately to each message. Self access is very well explained, making check-in and check-out simple and stress-free. We really felt at home from the very first moments. The apartment fits perfectly with the description and is very well equipped. Highly recommend!
