Aaron was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful to our queries. The property is stunning, nestled in the heart of a coffee plantation, and the rooms are exactly as pictured. We had a wonderful time at this charming house, surrounded by the estate's beauty. The highlight was the back door leading directly into the coffee plantation, offering a peaceful retreat for a leisurely walk. The trek was easy, and my fur baby loved it, staying happy and playful throughout. The food prepared by Aaron was delicious and added a special touch to our experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a tranquil getaway in a beautiful setting. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. I would return in the future along with the fur baby.

This place was amazing! Surrounded by trees and so peaceful, it felt like a little escape into nature. The host was super friendly, and the housekeeping team was just awesome—really made us feel at home. We had such a lovely time here, and the best part? It’s so close to some really cool tourist spots. Honestly, it was the perfect getaway. Can’t wait to come back someday!

We had a wonderful stay here in the villa. Highlights were the beautiful villa, location and Jacuzzi. The food was really tasty. We tried lot of different dishes and all were really delicious. The estate is quiet and private. The staff was really helpful throughout and were available all the time. Highly recommended for some peaceful time.

Room was not that much spacious but everything was so good for a traveller. Host was super responsive that time and considered our delay check-out. Chandan and his family was so helpful, that made our trip special and smooth and beautiful.

Very nice place to stay with family

Our stay at Spencer House was extremely wonderful. Gowri was super proactive and the all instructions until the check out was smooth. The house was so beautiful and clean. We were a big group of 10 people and there was a lot of space to sit and sleep comfortably. The kitchen had every type of essentials and the caretaker was even helpful if we required anything more. Overall a 5⭐️ experience. Completely worth it!

The place is a hidden gem, we wanted to visit Hornadu and sringeri and also explore the surrounding areas and this place fit the bill. The location of the cottage is amazing. It is right in the heart of a coffee estate surrounded by lush jungle all around and the base of the Meerthi peak. You can wake up to the sound of infinite birds and take a stroll in the large estate. Satish the caretaker is very helpful and he also took us on small trek through the estate for some wonderful views of all around. The homemade food is fresh and tasty and do try them out. few things to note - there is a 4 km driving off mud road to get here so not the most easily accessible property, also no wifi and limited network, and power wasn't available continuously. But for those looking for a break and respite from crowds and day to day life and away from cities this is the perfect getaway and this is what we wanted. definitely recommended.
