Condo vacation rentals in Athens

Nice little place! We were able to get in and find the condo easily. I missed the notification from them asking when we would arrive, they reached out via text and everything worked out seamlessly. We were unable to use the amenities in the morning, no times were posted, the fitness center said 24 hours but the doors would not open with the key card, however it was open later in the afternoon. We had everything we needed at the condo, it was a short distance to downtown as advertised, just unfortunately through a section we did not feel comfortable walking so we drove. Appreciated how clean and well maintained it was!

We came up for our daughter’s graduation and felt right at home. Very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to all of our events for the weekend.

Definitely enjoyed our time there! It was a great area for work, and the pool was a bonus.

We’ve stayed in several AirBnBs in Athens the past four years. This one is the best location and nicest of all of them! The location makes everything downtown walkable and even walked to Sanford. Her description, instructions, and customer service were excellent! It was perfect for two sets of parents during our UGA student’s parents weekend.

Great Athens stay! We came to bring Thanksgiving to our son who plays football for UGA and attend the game that weekend. Paul was a great host very responsive and friendly. Our son is a freshman so we definitely intend to visit Paul’s place again. We would definitely recommend you stay in this beautiful place!

We loved staying at Misty’s place! The beds are very comfortable, and the unit is well decorated and comfortable! We’ll always check availability here first when we visit Athens!

Great location. Check in and check out were simple. Also great having an assigned parking spot. Not a big space but fine for two people.

Fantastic spot for my daughter’s sorority mothers’ weekend. Excellent location to all downtown and campus activities and the parking situation was a huge bonus. The apartment was perfect for our needs and we will absolutely stay there again for future visits if it is available. Plus you can’t beat the school spirit in the building or the unit! I stayed here for the All-State event, and it was an excellent choice. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Classic Center. What made it even better was the variety of restaurants along the way, making it very convenient to have lunch and dinner with my kids. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. The only downside was that the toilet was not properly cleaned when we arrived. Other than that, everything was great. If I attend All-State again next year, I would definitely stay at this accommodation again.

Fun, Bulldog themed apartment that is in an ideal location in Five Points. Host laid out easy to follow instructions and responded quickly to my one inquiry. Highly recommend!

The perfect location for our visit to UGA! Right across the street from campus and in the heart of the Athens action, this apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Great communication from the host made check-in a breeze.

This unit was very clean, with the photos and description matching what we encountered while using the it. It is in a fantastic location as it's on the edge of downtown, across from campus and walkable to local attractions (i.e., UGA sporting events, fraternity houses for parents' weekend, etc.). The reserved parking is a huge benefit as parking is difficult downtown and close to UGA campus. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to return soon.

This condo is perfectly located for a UGA visit or game day weekend. Great location in a quiet complex. The apartment is very cute and comfortable, with a nice layout. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend.

We have only stayed in a couple of Airbnbs, and this one was the best. It is very roomy and clean. The kitchen is big and very user-friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to booking it again the next time we are in town.

Our stay was great — such a cozy (and spotless) atmosphere. Our hosts were kind and communicative throughout our stay. We ended up extending last-minute and our hosts made it quick and seamless.
