Mr. Esad's residence is beautiful and tidy and has a wonderful view of the dancing fountain complex in the Omrania area, comfortable parking, elevators are constantly available, Mr. Esad is cooperative and constantly available, when living in Omrania, I will choose this residence. The view was fabulous, and the experience of being on the 49th floor was amazing. The room in general was clean. Also, Mr. Can is a good host. He was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the stay.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

Especially Mr. Fuat was very caring and relevant. You can reach it regardless of the time. It couldn't have been better at needs and requests. The stay was impeccable. Everything or even more was available in the apartment. I gladly added it to the list of places to be my first choice if I run out. I would like to thank him for everything

Staying at Mustafa's flat in Turkey was an excellent experience! The flat was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities in perfect working order. The location was fantastic—surrounded by great cafés and just a short walk from the beautiful coastline. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. Mustafa was an outstanding host—very helpful and always quick to respond to any queries, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. Excellent place to stay. It’s peaceful compared to the other areas I stayed in. Mehmet is very helpful and fast to reply. The views are awesome. Majority of what you need is within walking distance. The main mall/plaza is less than 2 minutes away in a taxi, driving back is like 8-10 mins due to the route. I stayed for 2 weeks, overall I am pleased with everything. I would recommend it and stay here again. The views are unbelievable.

Esra was a very responsive host. The apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and clean with great air conditioning that circulated throughout the entire place, which is great since I stayed in the middle of summer. The apartment looked just like the pictures and even had a nice little gym in the building. I would certainly consider staying here again if I visit this neighborhood in the future.

The apartment was lovely and had a lot of character. It has so many notable details every place you look. The house is well stocked. Location was amazing but the best part was the hosts. Aaron, Sech and Alaatten were really helpful. We were going to be in the city during the Ramadan period and some political unrest. They helped my family with all questions and made sure we were well informed and had everything we needed before during and as we let for the airport I would love to go back to Aarons apartment.

This is our most favourite stay in Istanbul so far and we have been here for a while. The place is spacious, including the shower and overall well set out. The bed is super comfortable and the internet fast and reliable. It is on a quiet street with amazing cafes yet steps away from the buzz of lively streets. Can’t beat the location. Only issue was the dim lighting and lack of placemats for the table. The TV could have been bigger and needs better mounting as it looked unstable. Overall great stay!!

Our stay at Emirhan's place was great. He was a very friendly and knowledgeable host, communication went smoothly. The apartment is ideal for a family stay. There is a small elevator in the building for up to 4 people, but there are some steps to the elevator. We particularly liked the authentic ambiance, the morning prayer call and even the rooster in the distance made the stay unique. A day with construction noise was announced to us beforehand. Parking is available directly in front of the building (for a fee). Alternatively, there is valet service 200 m away or the parking lot of Dolmabahçe Palace directly opposite. I forgot my wooden shoe maker in the hallway, if it's found, it would be great if it could be put aside. Thank you, Emirhan, for the warm hospitality!We will be back

“Volcan’s flat was absolutely fantastic! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The two bedrooms were spacious and perfect for our group. The location was ideal—convenient, yet in a cool area with lots to explore nearby. Volcan was a great host, responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!”

This is a beautiful flat and luckily the building has a lift which is a rare occurrence given the buildings in Istanbul are generally very old. The apartment is spacious, well appointed and in a fantastic location

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Great Place 10 minute walk to taksim square, very clean with condo security and amenities...Great Host. very quick responses and support whenever and whatever you need; had a problem with a small issue in the bathroom, immideatly moved us to another unit, and gave us a complimentary ride to airport.

The apartment was very nice, clean and modern. It had everything we needed apart from the bed situation. We booked for 4 adults guests but only had 1 double bed and a sofa bed for 1. A cheap blow up camp bed was provided so we had to make do for our 4 day stay. It's in a new high rise block so building working is still going ahead. Not much to do so we had to get a taxi into Kadikoy as the buses were very full at the times we tried them. The apartment was great as it had lots of the finer things - dishwasher, washing machine, great hairdryer and a big fridge/freezer. There was a pizza takeaway on the site and a coffee shop. We enjoyed our stay with our granddaughter and her friend.
