Pretty duplex house, very well fitted out, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, in a holiday residence with swimming pools and private parking. So we offer a large 56 m2 apartment with a 12 m2 terrace, located a few minutes' drive or bike ride from the beaches and shops.
