Secluded beach beauty with private, heated pool

The LV home by architect Rocio Romero is a modern classic, we love it… The heated, salt water pool is open mid-May to mid-October. You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen and eat indoors or on the large deck out back, play in the pool or fenced yard, lie in the hammocks, play games, do puzzles... We are right by the Junction and Breakwater bike trail; it's about 2 miles to the Rehoboth Boardwalk, 6 miles to Lewes. There's high speed WiFi, a Sonos audio system, and a Roku smart tv (no cable).

This condo is newly renovated and and has a stunning view of the bay with the most spectacular sunsets. It is also located in walking distance of popular restaurants, family attractions and is only a short walk to the beach. There is all day and night public transportation, and a conveniently located 7-11 for those last-minute snacks and pizza. The building has a private pool for all units with access to the dock on the bay, so grab your kayak for those beautiful Maryland sunrises and sunsets.

Michelle's place was spacious and well-appointed for myself and four other people. The water pressure was great, there was plenty of hot water for showers, and it was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet, and while we didn't have time to enjoy the amenities, the screened-in porch was lovely to enjoy and, best of all, free! The beds were firm and comfortable; the apartment was very clean! Thanks for a great stay, Michele!

Very clean, nice location, Julie was a very responsive host and went above and beyond for us! Extremely comfortable bed ! Great water pressure in the shower! Loved having the bedroom on the second floor because it made sleeping much quieter! We were in town for Oceans Calling and was perfect, close to the bus stop which made it easy to get back and forth to festival without having to drive and pay obscene price to park! Highly recommend this place!

Danielle’s place was just awesome. From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. Very spacious, bright and just lovely overall! The kitchen had everything that you could dream of. Whenever we thought, oh we need this and that, it was right there. The sunroom is a dream to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious, very comfortable and the bathrooms had all amenities that you needed. We didn’t really use the backyard due to the weather but I am convinced that you will have a great time outdoors if the temperatures are right!! We will definitely try to come back!! Thank you!!!

The house is beautiful and well equipped. Hi end appliances and plenty of cookware in the kitchen. Within walking distance to many restaurants. David was responsive and helpful when I had questions. Checkin was keyless and simple. Checkout instructions were quick and simple.
