Very clean, spacious and well located. Note there is no full length mirror (which I only point out as we were there for a black tie event!).

Wonderfully located on the banks of the Namoi River, the cottage was perfect for our needs and had the most gorgeous outdoor areas! With Darcy the dog and Pepper the emu for company, we felt very at home. Meredith came for a quick chat every day to make sure we had everything we needed and also gave advice on restaurants and local points of interest. Will definitely be back!

Another great stay! The accommodation was first rate, it is very peaceful and quiet and the views are beautiful. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a fantastic time with our kids (ages 9 and 6) and 2-year-old Wolfhound mix! The cottage was easy to find and well-signed. Communication with Judy and Gina was great! The kids were delighted by the cattle and sheep that greeted us on our drive into the property. This is a real farm experience with animals right outside the door. The cabin is beautiful, cosy, and clean, with all the modern amenities you need. Just bring a few meals to cook for your stay. Gina was so friendly and informative as she showed us around! We kept our dog on a leash around the cabin as she was a little too interested in the ducks, but there are plenty of areas where she was able to run and play off leash where she wasn't disturbing the farm animals. The kids loved feeding the farm animals, including feeding the cows, ducks, and sheep by hand. They also loved kayaking (kayaks, paddles, and life jackets all available). Plenty to do and perfect for kids and dogs! We will definitely be back!

Scott was a great host and gave clear instructions on how to find and access the cottage. He responded in a timely manner and the cottage was as described. Clean, peaceful and very cute. Thanks for the stay Scott- Highly recommended.

The prospect of bad weather en route meant that we were unable to stay at Lindy’s place which was otherwise perfectly located for a break in a long journey to home in Brisbane from outback NSW. As a kind and considerate gesture Lindy gave us a refund which was highly appreciated.

Thank you. I had ripple iron walls in my childhood bedroom in outback Queensland so the bathroom brought a smile! Matt really appreciated the tea bags... he likes it plain and simple. A sweet place and lovely touches with everything one could need.

Spacious, clean, great for a group and is well-located, the host was excellent all the way through. Definitely recommend.

Carolyn's place was a great stay over as we traveled back to the coast. The house itself was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The grounds around the house are great for kids to run off road trip energy. Everything we needed and nothing out of place, would stay again.
