Vacation rentals in Ashland

The house was perfect and the area was beautiful. We liked that the parking accommodated our needs as we were in the area for a fishing tournament and parking our boat was not an issue. Everything in the kitchen you could ever need and more also provided some snacks as well and if you forget a toothbrush or any other toiletries they have you covered. By far one of the best stays we have had looking forward to booking again next year

We enjoyed staying at the Mineral Waterfront property. It's a perfect spot to relax by the lake during the day and enjoy a nice fire during the evening. The house was clean when we arrived, and had ample space for our group. Mark was responsive to several questions we had prior to our arrival. It was a great spot and I would highly recommend it to others.

This house has great outdoor amenities and a homey indoor feel! Great deck, dock fire pit area, as well as a patio. Check in process was smooth. House is on gravel road, if you aren’t sure if you’re in the right place, keep driving and follow the host’s instructions, and you’ll find it! We did experience issues with the water pressure which meant we couldn’t have two showers going at one time - host attributed this to water filtration system needing cleaned out, offered to tell us how to turn it off. We opted to leave the system on and stagger showers due to mineral load in the water. Host’s communication was very responsive when we had questions before and during the trip.

The house was the perfect spot for our friend group reunion! It was spacious and comfy with lots of seating and gathering areas! We made great use of the grill, basement and games, and outdoor space including the nice lawn, hot tub, and fire pit. There were plenty of towels and sheets/blankets for everyone, however TOILET PAPER WAS AN ISSUE. There were not even two full rolls in each bathroom and we ran out with our large group (yes they warned us about bringing paper products, so this isn’t saying it was their fault, but just expect to bring your own)

Mrs. Jean and her husband were wonderful hosts! Very clean living space, many amenities, gorgeous area absolutely will stay again!

We were traveling to midlothian for field hockey. It was about 25 minutes but not too bad. The place seemed super new and was large enough for our large family. The coffee pot didn’t work and Taryn offered to send us something or reimburse us for something. She was quick to make it right. We didn’t take her up on it, but the offer was much appreciated! Great place and very easy to access and park. Downtown was very close and possibly a walk but we drove. Great stay!

Beautiful, new apartment. Plentiful and close parking. The apartment complex had great amenities including an outside patio, pool, firepit and a fully equipped gym. The apartment unit was exactly as described and pictured on the listing. Both bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets were spacious. It was emaculate and equipped with all necessities (coffee, pots, dishes, cups, iron, iron board, etc.). Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are a just a short drive away. Anna was proactive with communication and responded quickly. Highly recommend for a short or long stay!
