5 brand new kings, 1 pullout queen. Fully fenced. Huge Top End Fast Smart Samsung Qled tvs. 85" in living room. 2 75" in master and one guest room. Imagine relaxing with the best picture quality televisions in this New house with beautiful quartz countertops in a brand new kitchen. Backyard completely fenced. Garage access but is not part of rental as we still have boxes in there to unpack. Bath and shower separate in master. Combined in guest bath. One king bedroom on ground floor.

Newly remodeled 1965 Farmhouse style home with a open Floor plan. This home is 962 sq ft with a huge backyard. The TV on the covered patio with an outdoor dining area make this the perfect place to get away. This is a very quiet residential neighborhood that allows easy access to downtown, the I-5, and a lovely park 1 mile away that has walking trails, water park, tennis, soccer, basketball and golf.

We LOVED this place! The views from the house are gorgeous, and the house itself is clean and comfortable. The house is well supplied with everything guests might need (plenty of pots and pans, spices, additional towels and linens, laundry soap, etc.), as well as "extras," such as DVDs, games, and wood for the wood stove. We were delighted with the wild turkeys, deer, and beautiful flowers on the property, and we enjoyed seeing and hearing the cows in the distance. The incredible beauty and peacefulness of this home is wonderful therapy for the soul! Dorothy was a responsive and gracious host, and we hope to stay at her place again. This home is a 10/10!

Candace and RG's place is a real gem. We stayed for an entire month and enjoyed every day of it. The house is fully equipped for extended stays. If you are an outdoorsy type you will fall in love with their gorgeous property which has an extensive network of trails to hike. Candace and RG are wonderful folks and since we are now moving to the area we already have new friends. If you want to spend time in the Rogue Valley but stay out of the urban sprawl you'll be hard pressed to find a better spot. Five big stars!

Absolutely adorable! I’ve spent my last two birthdays here and plan to continue in doing so. Loni makes check in and out a breeze. She’s incredibly thoughtful and pays attention to detail. The location is absolutely spot on- no need for driving as everything is walkable. If you choose to stay consider booking a wine hopper tour with Robbie, she picks you up right across the street from Loni’s place. While being located near downtown this Airbnb is still on a quiet street and provides a very intimate and cozy experience. Thank you for another wonderful visit!

The studio is a cozy snuggery! Some highlights: super comfortable bed, fun art in bathroom, cute flannel sheets with woodland creature print. But the best part was GG herself. Even before I got to town, she was able to give me insider information….the restaurant I wanted to visit would be closed on that day. Then, the night I arrived I took several wrong turns on my way to the property and needed a LOT of help from her to find my way. GG even stood outside the house on that bitterly cold night to guide me in. So kind and helpful! A wonderful experience!

We needed a family spot while attending a wedding in Medford. Place accommodated 7 of us easily. 3 full baths was a plus. It is very convenient to airport for pickups and departures and wasn’t too far from everything else in area we needed. Place is not fancy but nice and clean which what we needed.
