Very convenient location - easy walk to Ritter Park, convenient to downtown and Woodlands. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Checkin was easy and host was very responsive.

man this place is amazing! very clean and comfortable home in a quiet community close to everything you could need. this is 1 of my favorite places because it just feels like "home". the hosts are not only friendly and responsive but take the time to leave amenities so you have everything you need. from laundry pods and dryer sheets to toiletries and even tooth brushes. it's those little things that really make a stay comfortable. I absolutely recommend this home to anyone coming to the ashland area, you will not be disappointed! I will absolutely book this place again and again every chance I get. Thank you for letting me and my family feel at home while visiting for the holidays!

This was our second time staying at the place and it was great!

McKayla was so helpful, sweet, and quick to reply! Everything was so tidy, spotless, and beautifully decorated. She supplies many items you may need, already inside the Airbnb— such as laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, a laundry basket, cooking utensils, k-cups for coffee, baking ingredients, towels, makeup rags, candles, and the TV even has Netflix. I was worried about it being too cold inside, but the space heaters and electric blanket really warm the place up! I even got too hot a couple of times & had to adjust accordingly. All in all, I felt at home and adjusted easily, and I would absolutely recommend McKayla as a host!

I stayed here for one month, and it was worth it. The washer and dryer were very convenient. It was stocked with shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, and kitchen supplies. It also came with a water purifier which came in handy. The hosts were helpful and always ready to help if you need it.

Daniel's place was super cozy, with all the comforts of home and no clutter. the washer and dryer really were a selling point for my family, as well as the king sized bed. it was super comfy for us, and I didn't feel like my 9 year old was a nuisance here - which is a rare treat for us when we travel. we'd definitely stay here again!

We were in town to tour Marshall University. The suite was easily accessible, clean, and had the all the necessities. The host was very responsive.

My stay at this Airbnb went very smoothly. I felt comfortable, warm and safe. This is particularly important because I am woman traveling alone to Ohio to visit my mother in the aftermath of what might have been a historic snow storm. Thanks for the quick response time in our communications and for the excellent accommodations. I would definitely stay again.

great place! make sure to take some notes on how to leave after your trip if you generally rely on GPS (no service for quite a while) but it's a lovely place!

Great little house on the river front, hot tub was wonderful as you watched out of it to the river, there was 1 family camping close to the river that made it a little not private but they did have blinds to lower but then it took away from the view until after dark when they went inside for the evening then you was ok to put up the blinds ( this was the only thing we wasn't fond of). Nice bathroom area, very roomie. couch was inviting to sit & watch TV at night as well as there was TV in both bedrooms. We made use of the fire pit to make s'mores after we got the fire started..would recommend some fire starter things or you'll have to gather smaller sticks, dryed things to ignite things along the walking area. overall it was a great time away. we will definitely stay again.

The house was very clean and nicely warm. It was decorated beautifully, had lots of room, and nice, comfy Living room furniture. The mattress was just ok in our room. The location is challenging in that the road is very narrow and if you aren’t used to that would be scary. I grew up on well water and this was EXCEPTIONALLY stinky. If city water is available, it would be a wonderful addition to this charming place.

Comfortable home with a well equipped kitchen, which served us well for a stay during Thanksgiving! A bit of traffic noise, but quiet overall. David and Debbie communicated well and gave clear instructions. I enjoyed my visit and would stay here again.

Great experience! The place was just as advertised. The only thing that would make it better would be to have a luggage cart to get your things up and down more easily. Other than that, it was a great.

Diamond & Lisa were one of the best if not the best hosts we’ve had the pleasure of renting from! They were very informative of local suggestions and things to do, very clear with instructions for getting into the house and operating some of the utilities, and were very accommodating to our family’s late Christmas get together at RiverSuite1 in Russell, KY. RiverSuite1 is an older home recently renovated and done well. We were able to comfortably sleep 5 adults and a 1–year old during our stay. The back patio is great and the heaters and patio enclosure do well even in the cold to create comfortable area to enjoy the great view of the Ohio river. The beds were comfy, bathrooms were cozy, and living areas lively. This place was an easy place to call home while we were there. Thanks so much Diamond & Lisa! Would 100% recommend these hosts and their properties. They make it a priority to ensure your stay is great!

We have had the most perfect Christmas and New Year’s Eve at this air b&b. I had not one complaint. This place is beautiful, comfortable, spotless and we couldn’t pass up on the price. Even came with amenities I didn’t even know I needed until I got there (can’t sleep without a fan). We couldn’t have asked for better hostess. Diamond and Lisa are very welcoming, friendly and informative. Looking forward to visit it again! Thank you!!

Our accommodations were great. The owners could not have been better for their quick response to our questions and coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out. The location was convenient to downtown, however our only comment about the location was that it was within a block from a shelter for homeless people and we did not feel comfortable walking on that block at night. However, we drove our car to a convenient parking garage downtown instead.
