Condo vacation rentals in Ashland County

This is the BEST place to stay for a group! Nothing beats a ski in / ski out! The place is perfect, includes lots of important kitchen items for cooking, tons of storage for clothes and gear, great parking, and a hot tub and sauna on site! We love it!! Worth every penny!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Bunkhouse. The location is perfect for ski in/out. The unit is very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The host is very responsive and offers helpful tips for local attractions and activities. We look forward to our next visit.

We go up to Bayfield for a long weekend every fall and always stay at Bayfield on the Lake. This was our first time renting this unit, but we had a great time with great accommodations as usual. There was more than enough space for our family of 4 and the key code access was super convenient. Matthew was super proactive with all communication, so I never had to reach out with questions or concerns. The only negative all weekend was either not seeing or knowing ahead of time that coffee isn’t provided, but that was easily resolved with a quick trip to the grocery store. My husband was also somewhat disappointed by the small 4-5 pot coffeemaker, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was another fantastic weekend in Bayfield!

We came to the Upper Peninsula for fall colors. The location (at the base of a ski hill) was right on the route for one of the best color drives in the area and close to the Copper Peak ski jump that offers rides to the top to see the surrounding countryside. The charging station for our Tesla was super close at the main lodge. Eric's place was super clean, quiet and comfortable. We liked having the pinball machine for some extra fun.

Calley is a really great host. This place is clean and comfortable with two full bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s super convenient to Black River. True ski in / ski out. Easy drive to Jackson Creek and other local areas. These are some of the best accommodations in the area with a great host. Highly recommend! We will be back.

Our first time in the green room but we’ve stayed in the others several times. Amenities were good, and place was clean as always. We appreciate the location and cozy feel in all the Village on Aurora rooms.

We loved this place, very close to big Powderhorn, snow river and ironwood. The price was great considering how expensive lift tickets have gotten. A hot tub out back would make this place perfect!

We stay in the Ironwood area a few times a year and have experienced a handful of different rentals. This one was fantastic! Simple keypad entry, extremely clean, updated amenities, and everything else we hope for. The building seems to be in the process of being fully refreshed, and they did a great job on this unit. We won’t hesitate to book it again!

Cozy and comfortable condo a few blocks from every thing in Bayfield. Very clean everywhere, and a comfortable bed. Easy walk to the ferry, restaurants, and local hiking trails. Many cool shops and restaurants to explore. Beautiful views and colors in mid-October. Amanda was very helpful and responsive in fixing a TV connection problem. Would definitely recommend!

Had another great trip to Powderhorn and best condo experience at Schnicklefritz. We love staying here for comfort, safety and fun. Thanks again Theresa for sharing your accommodation. Hope to See ya next year!! Joni n BJ

Clear Trail Properties was responsive, pleasant, and the host was helpful. The Bessemer condo was at a beautiful location, perfect for skiing at a few ski resorts in the area (Snowriver 15 minutes away and Big Powderhorn 3 minutes). The condo was well stocked with all the needed amenities in the kitchen, bathroom, and entertainment to make our family vacation very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place worked well for our visit to the area. Great price compared to other similar lodging. Jay was very responsive to questions and the area is perfect for outdoor recreation.

We had a wonderful time at Gary’s place! We spent the weekend riding atv and this condo has amazing location to get to the trails with lots of extra parking close by. Gary’s place had lots of space with a great view of the lake! Very nice condo!

Staying at Sarah‘s place was comfortable and easy!

The place was clean and neat! There isn't a lot of space but for 2 people it was comfortable. The kitchen is also small and offers basic needs so just plan ahead if you want to cook anything specific. Otherwise this place was quiet nice and it is close to Bayfield! We would definitely stay again!

Excellent winter stay in Bayfield. We were here for 3 of the coldest days this winter, and the space was snug and warm. Bed was comfortable. Space was clean and well set up. Jon was an excellent communicator and made it easy to know what to expect and what to do. The space was perfect for a couple.
