Paul's place was such a lovely stay. Its in a prime location near public transportation and street permit parking was so convenient- just pay attention to street sweeping days/hours. The space was clean and well stocked/furnished; everything you might need is provided and he was very responsive. There's a guest binder available for quick references and recommendations. I would happily return to Paul's if I'm going to be in the area again.

Fantastic find right in the downtown old city area. Parking was easy and the place was located in walking distance of the waterfront and shops. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen held many amenities you don't always find available. This made staying in and cooking at home very easy. Instructions were super clear and response time was immediate. We would definitely return to stay at Joel's townhouse again. Thank you!

This is a great place for a large group! It’s easy to walk to the metro and Target. We didn’t try any of the restaurants nearby, Omar’s looked interesting, Chipotle & IHOP are very close. The only thing we had a little trouble with was parking, but I have a large SUV and the other person driving also has an SUV. We fit in the back two parking spaces, just took some maneuvering because of a post and a building across the alley. It was a 100% awesome Air BNB, though!

We were 2 families of 4 and really appreciated the extra space that allowed everyone to have their own room and each family to have a kitchen. We shared space as we wanted to and also had privacy and quiet time as needed. A wonderful respite from the chaos of D.C.

House was exactly what we were looking for. Comfortable, plenty of room and close to everything. The kitchen was well stocked. Having both Keurig and full coffee was helpful. There were plenty of towels and washclothes. My wife appreciated the fact that there was a hairdryer.

We had a delightful 3 month stay. Floyd is a wonderful host, with very timely responses to inquiries and requests, including promptly adding a number of kitchen items upon our arrival to better accommodate the needs of long term guests. The kitchen is now well stocked and enabled daily meal prep and dining. Overall, the place is very comfortable with a location that is convenient to everything “Old Town” including the waterfront, King Street, and the Metro. There are even a few grocery stores within walking distance and Wegmans is just a short drive away. And although the weather was unusually frigid for much of our stay, the place kept us warm and well protected from the elements.

We loved staying at John’s place in a quiet Alexandria neighborhood- it’s quiet but close to 2 great pizza places, a coffee shop, drugstore and fun unique shopping. We felt we could relax and were quite comfortable here. The backyard is spacious! We would definitely stay again.

My family and I were visiting Washington DC, we visited the Capitol, the monuments, museums, the White House, etc. This was a 10 min drive fron the house, it was very convenient. The place was great, easy parking, overall a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Jessica communicated well - responsive and helpful. Location was excellent for our purposes - very close to Riderwood retirement community and just off 95 and 495. House was clean and well set up for us. If we do another group visit to Grandma, we'd be happy to stay again.

Really nice place. Jojo was responsive, check in was easy, and the house was well equipped for our stay. The neighborhood wasn’t as nice as we expected, but it was convenient to the metro and Lyft or Uber were easy alternatives that were relatively inexpensive.

The house was very comfortable and had plenty of space. We had 8 family members there in town for a funeral and we all slept comfortably and had seating space for meals and relaxing. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the availability of Netflix. The host was very responsive.

This house was great. The location was perfect. It's very close to 495, restaurants and other activities. Parking and getting into the house were a breeze. The house was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials. Gilbert was very responsive to messages before our arrival. Once we were there we didn't need anything from him but he did message to be sure that everything was going ok. Another plus is that there was not a laundry list of things to do before checkout. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat for any future visits.

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. This townhouse was a great value for the price. Our stay was for over four months. it was adequately stocked with dishes, utensils, and linens. There is plenty of shopping in the area and fast food. My husband found it an easy commute to Fort Belvoir. We felt right at home and we would stay there again. Linda was a responsive host.

This house is absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect and it is so very clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. This was our second visit and we will continue to return every chance we get! Frederick is a great city to visit, with shopping and good restaurants. Cunningham Falls State Park is nearby, with a beautiful waterfall only a short hike into the woods. We also enjoy going to nearby wineries. It really is the best home to stay in for a relaxing and fun-filled get-away!!

Great place, great location. Stayed here with my husb and 2 kids, and the place had everything we needed. Walkable to the sights and to a metro station. With the craziness of the cherry blossom/spring break crowds, we were super happy to have stayed at such a great location. Place was clean and quiet!
