There are 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. Sunny patio. The cabin is preferably rented to families with children or good adults who want to have a quiet trip in the mountain home. Min. rental is a weekend (Fri-Sun) or 4 weekdays.

Here are opportunities for both crosscountry and alpine skiing in winter, and great hiking terrain with many fishing waters for the rest of the year. The terrace is south-west facing, and has good sun conditions all year.

It is the perfect starting point for hiking in great nature all year round with hiking areas just outside the cabin door. In winter there is a cross country ski trail close to the cabin. This is part of the large, running trail network. Slalom slope is 5 min drive away The cabin is a 5-minute walk from the shop. There is an electric car charging station, and an unoccupied gas station. There is a broken road to and a car parking space by the cabin.

Hytta ligger sentralt på Løyningsknodden på Bortelid. Høy standard med badstu, boblebad og stor sydvendt terrasse med god utsikt. Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng. Et godt utstyrt kjøkken med kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin mv. Eget vaskerom med tørketrommel, vaskemaskin og tørkeskap dekker de fleste behov. Det er mulig å lade elbil på eiendommen.
