Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ascension Parish

We stayed here to attend a LSU football game. It's about a 40-minute casual walk and a 25-minute power walk. We took an Uber/Lyft for $5 to a local Sports Bar which was halfway and just walked 10 minutes which was perfect. The inside of the place was better than described. The kitchen was well stocked and there was even a blender. The downside is that the "subdivision" is home to many different apartment buildings by different owners and they are not as well kept as this place and the people looked a bit sketchy. I was nervous about my car being parked there but I experienced no issues at all. The actual building has been totally remodeled inside and out and it looks better than the Google Maps picture. Strictly based on location this was great because we avoided traffic as many streets are blocked off as game time approaches. We were safe and our cars were safe. It took us 70 minutes to get to the New Orleans airport on a Sunday and it was an easy drive with no traffic.

Very clean. Well appointed. Excellent communication. Great base for seeing family and friends. 2 good bathrooms, nice kitchen. Actually roomier than photos appear.

Joshua & Kim are great host. Enjoyed my stay. It’s very close to work if your working at the refinery.

This property is perfect. the property was spacious, had more kitchen ware than any of the other properties I have stayed. David was quick to respond when I sent over communication. Great place to spend Thanksgiving at. the neighbors were quite and respectful. Will be booking again.

Jessica’s place was perfect. My husband and I loved the location and it was so convenient being able to walk to everything we needed. Jessica was a great host and responded very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great clean quiet home and homey

Super easy, convenient, lovely place to stay. We were in town for the LSU game, and Kim's place was perfect. It was so well equipped for our stay, and I would 100% recommend.

This place was a really nice stay, my boyfriend and I enjoyed it very much. We are definitely gonna stay here again when we come back in the future!

We really enjoyed Octavio’s place! It was exactly like the description and in a very safe neighborhood. Octavio was very responsive and was there for whatever we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

This was perfect for me and my coworker. We were working at the local plant, and it was a great location to drive from. Had a Wal Mart close enough for day to day amenities and Gonzales was with in driving distance any extra entertainment. All in all had a great stay at Ms Lisa's house. Would choose to stay again when working in this area if avaliable.

My wife and I stayed nearly two weeks and felt right at home at Robbie’s place. The condo was laid out well and we appreciated the king bed, having a second bathroom, and the large dining table for both eating and remote working purposes. Robbie was quick to respond when I locked myself out early in the morning and also worked with us when we wanted to extend the stay a few days. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the condo to others and we’d definitely stay there again.

I stayed at Vinh's two units for quite a while. He always been extremely kind and helpful when it comes to anything! The home is always clean and up to par. My favorite part is the outside area with the chairs and lights. Definitely my favorite booking in Baton Rouge

Gabrielle is a superb host, very attentive to guest needs - responding rapidly to any requests for help e.g. in finding the ironing board. The house is compact but well equipped and beautifully presented - with lounge and kitchen-diner. The latter is perfectly formed, with good quality appliances, an island and separate table to suit a small group. The outside patio is tiled and very comfortable with soft seating around the entire perimeter. Great local restaurants and a good quality super market within 5 minutes walk makes it a very convenient location for a stay in Baton Rouge. Good road connections mean that you can easily reach any part of Baton Rouge quickly, by car. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to the next time.

Savannah's place was in the perfect location. In the medical district, so quiet and safe. Near J. Alexander's which is really good food. Across from the park, so walkable and things to do. Lots of holiday lights to see!
