Beautiful views, great terrace and pool plus the hot tub was unmissable. Clean spaces and air conditioning made sleeping possible in the heat. Lovely location and surroundings whilst being close to Palau with shops and restaurants if you can pull yourself away from the terrace.

There is much to say about how special Damaride’s place is, from their beautiful estate, surroundings and attention to detail, to the way they communicated, and how friendly they are. The property is very private, which requires driving on small and unpaved roads to reach, but don’t let this deter you. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow if you have GPS. The closest town for supplies is only a 15 minute drive away. You will be rewarded with a very cozy space, which is even better in real life than the photos, blending modern day luxuries seamlessly with nature. The pool area is a highlight of the property, beautifully built and maintained. The outdoor areas including the dining area on the deck is a great for relaxing and having meals. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and has everything you need to cook full meals. Nala the German Shepherd and the cats are fun. This has been an incredible experience and a highlight of my Italian trip. Grazie mille!

I cannot thank Damaride enough for her hosting our guests. We actually came for my wedding. Kitchen - beautiful, large, all good kitchen appliances and utensils. Bathroom - neat, clean, powerful hot shower Pros - Damaride and her husband were friendly, welcoming and Nala the dog is gorgeous. Pool and hot tub nice size with sunbeds and sofas. Allowing us to have my hair and wedding make up to be done at the villa with two bridesmaids. Meeting other guests. Cons - there is an extra property on the site that I wasn't able to see on the initial listing. If I had seen the extra listing I would have booked the whole place exclusively. There isn't any separation from that small house to our villa - pool and hot tub are shared. After significant negotiations with my wedding planner we were able to host a bbq the following day post wedding (for an extra fee $500 euros) but understand that this was last minute and there were other guests who had to be considered.

Perfect stay and the hosts were amazing. The views are incredible and the place has everything you need including comfortable beds!

Perfect little cottage outside of the touristic side of Sardinia. Pretty remote but very peaceful. The patio and the garden are the best part without a doubt. Great host, easy and fast communication!

There were four of us (family with two children and a dog) spent 2 weeks on the property. We were all thrilled. The property is nestled in a beautiful spacious environment. Privacy is guaranteed as there is no one else in the nearby area. The house convinces with a unique retro charm. You feel a little back in time. We found it beautiful. The bathroom is up to date, with us happy to use the extra outdoor shower on very hot days. From the garden you have a sensational view. The bottom line is that we hit the mark as a conclusion. What we would like to highlight is the host Marzia. Top communication, always reachable and helpful. It couldn't be better:-)

Spacious, clean and modern room. Well-equipped kitchen, gas cooktop 👍 but no oven. Essential vehicle. Very nice terrace with green space all around and parking in direct proximity to the accommodation. Recommended +++

We had a wonderful stay at Omar’s house. The family was super friendly and very flexible. They received us with a welcome gift and were very kind hosts. We really loved our stay at this peaceful and private house. The location is great to get to all the beaches and be in Olbia in no time. We can fully recommend it! Grazie Mille ☀️

We were at Francesca’s place for three weeks and it was the perfect getaway in the peaceful countryside that we wanted. With a spectacular view from her garden. The space was clean and she was very helpful with anything that we wanted. She was super friendly and a great human to just get to know! She was very kind to give us a taste of her grown grapes (the best I have ever tasted), olives and honey. We will definitely be back.

A little corner of heaven, calm, olive trees, vines... without forgetting 8 small donkeys who come to say hello to you every morning. The house is very clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Anna's little touches, a lovely hostess. Basically if you love nature, absolute calm, gecko that laze in the sun, I recommend this adorable little house.

Paola is a very warm host & I was always able to reach out to her. The home has a fantastic view all the way to the sea. You can enjoy the tranquility up there & in 10 minutes you are right on the beach. The cottage is decorated with many small details & has everything you need.

A wonderful place with a wonderful view on Magdanela islands… we just loved it. And kiss to the little dogs)

Tina was super helpful with check-in and check-out times, as well as providing directions to the area and very clear instructions on the Cottage. The house was clean and equipped with anything, we particularly appreciated the presence of a modern oven (we made a great pizza) and microwave-crisp. Magnificent outdoor space with garden overlooking the sea, very nice and clean. Significant value is the parking on the property.

We have been in this cottage for a week with great pleasure. A lovely garden, a perfect cottage, furnished with care and love. Shutters in front of the windows that make the bedroom nice and dark, and a nice front porch to sit on. Really a place to come back back again! We had been so stupid to forget the key (which you can hang your neck with a cord) when we left. Fortunately, we were able to send it back in consultation. Other guests, please be warned of this mistake. Either way: highly recommended, a place to unwind and a great base to the Costa Smeralda and the mountains inland.

Had a great stay over Christmas, the cottage was in a very quiet location, close to the beach, we loved the private garden and the well equipped kitchen.

This is a great place and i feel so lucky i found it. A lot of space inside and outside. Close to the beautifull beach and shops. The garden has been such a hit with our todler and Jacqueline kindly provided some toys. The apartment is perfectly equip for with all the beach gear. Perfect. We had a perfect holiday. Thank you😊

Very very nice house with beautiful view.

An unforgettable week, in the name of discovery. Lorenzo's house was the base from which to leave for our adventures and the certainty of returning from each of them to find a hospitable , welcoming and functional place. At night , the outdoor shower to shake the salt was a real pleasure . We cannot fail to mention Mrs. Liviana who welcomed us with affection and kindness , giving us very useful tips about the areas to visit and having a pleasant chat. It made us feel like family . We hope to be back.

We loved the place. She exceeded our expectations and we immediately felt at home. Allesandro is an excellent host, always available, extremely friendly and also speaks very good English. We will be happy to come back.

Overall a great place. Very secluded place but a great place to just unwind.  The property is great with a lot of interesting places to take a look at.
