Couldn’t fault the destination, the villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool and veranda were excellent, good location to explore the local area, we would recommend this villa to everyone, would definitely recommend visit in the future. Beautiful views, great terrace and pool plus the hot tub was unmissable. Clean spaces and air conditioning made sleeping possible in the heat. Lovely location and surroundings whilst being close to Palau with shops and restaurants if you can pull yourself away from the terrace.

There is much to say about how special Damaride’s place is, from their beautiful estate, surroundings and attention to detail, to the way they communicated, and how friendly they are. The property is very private, which requires driving on small and unpaved roads to reach, but don’t let this deter you. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow if you have GPS. The closest town for supplies is only a 15 minute drive away. You will be rewarded with a very cozy space, which is even better in real life than the photos, blending modern day luxuries seamlessly with nature. The pool area is a highlight of the property, beautifully built and maintained. The outdoor areas including the dining area on the deck is a great for relaxing and having meals. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and has everything you need to cook full meals. Nala the German Shepherd and the cats are fun. This has been an incredible experience and a highlight of my Italian trip. Grazie mille!

I cannot thank Damaride enough for her hosting our guests. We actually came for my wedding. Kitchen - beautiful, large, all good kitchen appliances and utensils. Bathroom - neat, clean, powerful hot shower Pros - Damaride and her husband were friendly, welcoming and Nala the dog is gorgeous. Pool and hot tub nice size with sunbeds and sofas. Allowing us to have my hair and wedding make up to be done at the villa with two bridesmaids. Meeting other guests. Cons - there is an extra property on the site that I wasn't able to see on the initial listing. If I had seen the extra listing I would have booked the whole place exclusively. There isn't any separation from that small house to our villa - pool and hot tub are shared. After significant negotiations with my wedding planner we were able to host a bbq the following day post wedding (for an extra fee $500 euros) but understand that this was last minute and there were other guests who had to be considered.

Perfect stay and the hosts were amazing. The views are incredible and the place has everything you need including comfortable beds!

Perfect little cottage outside of the touristic side of Sardinia. Pretty remote but very peaceful. The patio and the garden are the best part without a doubt. Great host, easy and fast communication!

There were four of us (family with two children and a dog) spent 2 weeks on the property. We were all thrilled. The property is nestled in a beautiful spacious environment. Privacy is guaranteed as there is no one else in the nearby area. The house convinces with a unique retro charm. You feel a little back in time. We found it beautiful. The bathroom is up to date, with us happy to use the extra outdoor shower on very hot days. From the garden you have a sensational view. The bottom line is that we hit the mark as a conclusion. What we would like to highlight is the host Marzia. Top communication, always reachable and helpful. It couldn't be better:-)

We had a wonderful stay at Omar’s house. The family was super friendly and very flexible. They received us with a welcome gift and were very kind hosts. We really loved our stay at this peaceful and private house. The location is great to get to all the beaches and be in Olbia in no time. We can fully recommend it! Grazie Mille ☀️

We were at Francesca’s place for three weeks and it was the perfect getaway in the peaceful countryside that we wanted. With a spectacular view from her garden. The space was clean and she was very helpful with anything that we wanted. She was super friendly and a great human to just get to know! She was very kind to give us a taste of her grown grapes (the best I have ever tasted), olives and honey. We will definitely be back.

Lu Palazzu is a beautiful and authentic stazzo immersed in the nature of Gallura. The house is simple but that's what makes it so enjoyable. It offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We really appreciated the tranquility of the place, the view of the sea and the sunsets. The spacious rooms and spacious garden were perfect for our kids. Despite the high temperatures, the interior was always pleasantly cool thanks to the solid granite walls. The house was very clean and well equipped. Antonella is a very friendly and helpful host and was always ready to help. The location was perfect for us, quiet but still close to a series of beautiful beaches and the village. We'll definitely be back, next time for a longer stay. I recommend Lu Palazzu to anyone who wants to live a quiet vacation in a real Gallurese stazzu.

Thanks for the wonderful stay. Although you only have to drive about 10 minutes from the paved road over field/gravel paths to get to the accommodation and a vehicle is definitely necessary. (20 minutes from Olbia) We had a Fiat Panda and got through it well. For this, the accommodation is completely located in nature and you will be rewarded with a beautiful view of the mountains and the garden. It has everything you need and Manon responds very quickly and is happy to help with questions. Everything was as shown in pictures and description. We had a very nice time and can definitely recommend. Thanks again!

Tina was super helpful with check-in and check-out times, as well as providing directions to the area and very clear instructions on the Cottage. The house was clean and equipped with anything, we particularly appreciated the presence of a modern oven (we made a great pizza) and microwave-crisp. Magnificent outdoor space with garden overlooking the sea, very nice and clean. Significant value is the parking on the property.

We have been in this cottage for a week with great pleasure. A lovely garden, a perfect cottage, furnished with care and love. Shutters in front of the windows that make the bedroom nice and dark, and a nice front porch to sit on. Really a place to come back back again! We had been so stupid to forget the key (which you can hang your neck with a cord) when we left. Fortunately, we were able to send it back in consultation. Other guests, please be warned of this mistake. Either way: highly recommended, a place to unwind and a great base to the Costa Smeralda and the mountains inland.

La Casseda is a magical vacation spot. Its location allowed us to explore the North East coast of Sardinia with its fabulous beaches and coves. Thanks again to Luciana for allowing us to have a great stay. Special mention to Sebastiano for his welcome, kindness and abundant local products. We'll be back!

This is a great place and i feel so lucky i found it. A lot of space inside and outside. Close to the beautifull beach and shops. The garden has been such a hit with our todler and Jacqueline kindly provided some toys. The apartment is perfectly equip for with all the beach gear. Perfect. We had a perfect holiday. Thank you😊

This private cottage was exactly what we were looking for, to see the North Eastern part of Sardegna. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! The grounds are spacious with gorgeous olive trees, strawberry trees, and natural rock surrounding the property. Alessandro is a FIVE star host, who recommended the best restaurants nearby, and offered advice on where we should explore the area. We absolutely loved our stay! Grazie mille Alessandro!

Overall a great place. Very secluded place but a great place to just unwind.  The property is great with a lot of interesting places to take a look at. 

Beautiful house with a unique and quiet location. The best thing is the enchanting view. The house is well equipped and very clean. The hosts were excellent and very friendly. They regularly inquired whether everything was satisfactory, but at the same time privacy was respected at all times. We really enjoyed our time on this beautiful island. Thank you very much!
