Sandra and I have lived in this beautiful home while we entirely renovated it with our good friend Wayne! It took us two years but it is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Who knows, you might not even want to leave the Villa once you arrive!! We have an amazing pool with jacuzzi with ample seating to enjoy!

Sean provided beautiful accommodations - our family of 5 felt right at home. He gave us very descriptive recommendations for local places to visit. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed, including beach chairs & accessories for the beach. The neighborhood was safe, secure, and well kept. The pool, spa, and restaurant were excellent. We enjoyed our stay at Sean’s place and can’t wait to return!

I've been to Aruba over 15 times. This was one of the best places I've stayed. It is literally a 30 second walk across street to the beach. A bonus to us was it literally across street from exact spot we got married on Eagle beach. Very clean and spacious place. Three large bedrooms and the two bathrooms are perfect for our family. Kitchen was modern and great for our needs. The patio with the view of beach was amazing. We spent the mornings and evenings there watching sunsets and the stars The pools were a big hit with the kids. Facility was very maintained. The property management people were also very friendly and accomodating. We definitely will be back!

The sunset views from the 4th-floor terrace were stunning, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to Eagle Beach and close to excellent restaurants. Sylvia was a friendly and welcoming host. We had a great time! The house was very good and hosts were always very proactive and supportive. It is a very good house for big families. It contain all the basic amenities and also provide beach materials (towels, chairs and cooler) which was very helpful. Hosts always answer very fast and were really supportive with car and products rental and with directions on the island. I would recommend the place and host services.

Wow! This airbnb is so amazing, we didn't even want to leave to do much more than enjoy the beautiful gardens, pool, and hot tub/bbq area! So serene and just beautifully taken care of. You can tell Patricia and her husband Arthur take such good care of their place and their guests. Patricia answered all of my questions and was so helpful. We were there for New Years and my birthday (the start of my birthday month) hah and she had suggestions for everything we wanted to see and do! FLAMINGOS! ;) She made my actual birthday so special it made my stay even better! Def rent a car, Patricia recommended that and I procrastinated getting one. Luckily we were able to find a rental easily! Their place is super close to the airport as well as any other fun things you want to do-just make sure you know how to drive in round-about hah Book this place right now for a perfect get away, where you can go out or just enjoy every moment at the accommodation! Thank you so much, can't wait to come back!<3

The condo was great, easy access to activities along the main beach strip. The pool area was beautiful and a great place to relax. We loved having the concierge team, Edmar and Carlotta were amazing and quite patient with all of our questions. They were able to schedule various activities for us and they were great ways to experience the island. My only feedback would be that it may be time to update the bedding. It was clean, however is showing some wear and is not the most cozy, it could be improved. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and appreciate all the work that was put into making our stay so enjoyable!

We had an incredible stay at this condo in Aruba! The location was perfect!! Just a short walk to the beach and within walking distance of many great restaurants. The condo itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with the pool just steps away, making it easy to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the small restaurant in the building, which served amazing cocktails, perfect for enjoying the tropical vibe. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aruba!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation and the experience was excellent from the moment I contacted Monica to check available dates. Always kind, providing answers and above all solutions to everything requested/consulted. The place is in a very nice residential neighborhood and although it is within walking distance of the beaches of Palm Beach, a car helps to get around the area that has beautiful beaches that are further away to walk to, like Arashi. The accommodation has everything you need to be there for a few days and rest from the comings and goings in Aruba. Good air conditioning, hot water, a large and comfortable bed, TV with access to Google Chromecasts and even local cable. Plus chairs, snorkeling gear and even an igloo-style tent for the beach! From its location, you are minutes away from downtown Palm Beach with a variety of options to go out at night. If I ever go back to Aruba, I would definitely go back to Monica's beautiful house.
