had a very good stay the rooms were clean and very comfortable and the staff was amazing they went over and beyond to make our day enjoyable.. I highly recommend this place who want quality stay amidst nature among all amenities which I want to mention is the -dedicated parking which is not on the road -lots of open spaces -very good food -place for evening bonfire -great service and -overall good experience Thank you Manoj and madhulatha for making our stay memorable✨️

5 star rating is very less for this place and specially the host. Everything about this place was just amazing, it felt like a home away from home and Colonel Lokendra Singh Chauhan is such a gem of a person. He kept coordinating with us for everything, sent the details about the location, places to eat nearby and even kept a small goody pack of eatables for our arrival. This was the most amazing stay and I would urge everyone to try this place when you visit. And please make sure you treat this place as you would treat your home and be respectful to the host for giving their amazing cottage for the stay 😊

We are frequent travellers , have stayed at many cottages in mukteshwar and it’s surrounding regions…but this place ..Casa saara ,of Capt Nitin Anand ji is something else ..this is a beautiful cottage built by captain with perfect location in sitla ,lush green surroundings with 3 side entrance ..lots of trees,lots of sitting places ,full of natural beauty and fresh air everywhere …tasty home food served by cook deepak …beside this captain and Co host surendra are so friendly and responsive that you will love to stay at this place and would carry beautiful memories with you ..if you are a pizza and coffee lover ,than do visit cafe Awara in near by Sitla market,managed by surendra and his wife…would love to visit again and again …thanks a lot nitin ji for your super hospitality.

It was definitely what I was looking for. A home in the hills. Respectful, hygienic staff and great in terms of responsiveness Super friendly boys (sunny and puron) helped in handling the infant we were travelling with. Cook bhaiya (pawan) cooked us delicious home food and took care of small needs of the kids. The house was clean, well maintained and peaceful. We shall surely be back soon ❤️ Thanks to Aditi and Karan for hosting us and making the stay memorable.

An excellent place with a surreal view of the mountains. Special mention to the caretaker, Meetika, for her warm and welcoming attitude. She arranged all the groceries and served delicious, home-cooked meals, making the stay even more enjoyable. While the location is about 20 km from Nainital and the road is slightly steep for cars, the peaceful ambiance and stunning scenery more than make up for it. Overall, a wonderful and serene retreat! Special thanks to hosts- Rahul and Prena for arranging the heaters and for this experience.
