We book Teresa apartment when we are in Queenstown and her unit offers clear and great lake side view. This apartment are spacious with 3 level, which are good and provide enough quiet space. Teresa is responsive, and provide clear instructions to check in and check out too. Strongly recommended.

its amazing. all the furniture and amenities are of highest quality. loved the interior, also how clean and cozy the apartment is. Herwin is very responsive. give us detailed manual.handbook containing food recommendation, local services, natural attractions nearby etc. also love the sweet little attention he gave : milk in the fridge, cookies in the drawer, and a bottle of wine there was one day when it was raining nonstop outside. and all we could do just stay in the airbbb. laying on the comfy couch. turn on the fireplace. while gazing at the beautiful view outside the window. and it was still amazinggggg

WOW. What a beautiful stay. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs on our journey across NZ and Stu’s was one of the best. Not only is it super unique, it has amazing views, feels private, and has everything you need. It feels luxurious and there is an eye for the details. The back patio was especially lovely. Bonus points for having Netflix that we didn’t have to sign into ourselves. It’s nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Queenstown, but still be close to a lot of the wineries. We didn’t an all-day wine tour that picked us up there no problem. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We wish we could’ve admired the view even longer!

Photos don’t do the view justice. Jeremy was a great host. This is a cabin type experience. We stayed in the winter and used the cottage as a home base for skiing and other activities which was great. Quick ride over to Arrowtown and Queenstown but far away enough to feel private and peaceful. Some important points regarding previous reviews I read about the place being “cold”…the ground floor is all slate stone…as Jeremy recommended, just bring some sandals or slippers to wear around. There is a large heat pump, a lovely pot belly stove, and space heaters and all the beds have blanket heaters which we actually didn’t use because they were too hot…so it’s easy to stay warm and the view and coziness are well worth it, but if you’re expecting a thermostat in a hotel room that you set and leave…this wouldn’t be the place for you. We loved our stay and the host was very responsive.

We loved staying here it was perfect for our extended family and big enough for all of us we loved having en-suite too all the bedrooms. Everything as described beautiful views from the lounge room and everything we needed. Nice and close to town but far enough away to not be too busy. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay at Erica’s. Lots of room to spread out with a large, sunny deck. Bathrooms are clean and modern. Great space for travelling with another couple as one bed/bath is privately located on a lower floor. Erica was responsive to emails, making the space available for an early check-in and also offering a later check-out. Would highly recommend fo this wanting a private retreat just outside the main hustle of Queenstown.

We can't praise Beryle enough for her warm welcome, amazing kindness, attention to detail and pristine but relaxed home. She generously provided lots of snacks and beverages, fruit, milk, yogurt, mueslis and warm croisssnts when required in the morning. She even did our washing beautifully and made sure our car window screens were clean for our departure. We have stayed in AirBnBs in lots of places but this one is one of a kind. The setting is quiet but not too far from the town. Everything Beryle provided more than made up for not having a corner shop nearby. The nearby golf club also serves a nice meal up until 7pm. The buffet meal you can order to eat at the top of the Skyline cable car is great too! We'd recommend trips to Arrowtown and Glenorchy ( the latter better in fine weather). Highly recommended.

This might be the neatest and best presented place I've used for a short stay. It was like a real life brochure for AirBnB. The host was super helpful, including letting me arrive early to get some sleep. It's not in the central Queenstown area, more a satellite suburb, but was an easy bike ride to the lake, shops, airport etc. It was a prefect place to rest and to wash everything after a tiring few weeks.

John’s place is even more beautiful than the photos. The views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables are stunning! It was easy to find and conveniently located close to the city centre. John was very helpful and responsive, the house was clean with absolutely everything we needed and more. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Queenstown.

This cottage was absolutely perfect for our needs! We had our 1 year old with us and wanted a child friendly location near Queenstown but not in the high traffic areas. Not only did this tick those boxes, but it was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We were 15min drive from anything we wanted to do and got to enjoy the beauty of the countryside + fresh eggs!!

One of the best places to stay on the outskirts of Queenstown. Located in the beautiful Arthurs Point, this apartment was perfect for what we were after. It was quiet, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had an incredible view over the Shotover river, while being only 10 minutes from the centre of QT. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and cannot recommend this place enough!

We loved Raquel’s place. Stunning view and quiet at night. At first thought it might be too far away from central Queenstown but after our 3 nights realised it was perfect. There is a gorgeous walking track from the end of the street down through a forest to the lakes edge track into central Q’town. There is a convenient local shop, restaurant and a fish and chip takeaway, all very good.

Sarah and Jon’s place was absolutely fabulous! If anything, it was better than described. The home is secluded yet a short drive to Queenstown. The standout feature is the unobstructed view of the lake through floor to ceiling glass doors that can open to bring in nature. The outdoor yard is HUGE! It looks to be nearly an acre. My 10 year old daughter enjoyed the trampoline and playground in the yard. Even the chickens have their own forest to reside in. We had fresh eggs for breakfast and picked fresh strawberries from the yard. The house is very modern and clean and Sarah and Jon were very thoughtful and provided some essentials in the fridge/cupboard for breakfast upon arrival. Within a short walk, there is a large playground complete with free zip line for kids that my 3 children loved. You can even view it from your living room. Wonderful hikes are a short walk or drive away. I would not hesitate to ever stay here again. Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay.

Melissa’s house was a great Queenstown home base. The location felt more like a quaint beach town than a busy tourist spot, which we loved. It’s only a few mins to walk to the lake and to beautiful trails, and the house itself is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We had a great time and hope to return!

Awesome place that literally has everything. Highlights were the sauna, hot spa, pool table and fireplace after snowboarding each day. Super close to The Remarkables and Coronet plus we drove an hour up to Corona and drive was easy. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to stay while visiting Queenstown. Arrowtown is a short and beautiful walk away. Well located for driving to activities like Shotover Jet and Skyline, as well as only being 20 mins from the airport. Felicity’s place is really relaxing and peaceful. You wake up to gorgeous views of the mountain. It’s a great place for kids too, with plenty of space for them to run in the garden and a short drive from Ayrburn. Definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location! We have 3 kids and this was the perfect house for them! They had so much fun playing in the pool and in the playground. The house was beautifully remodeled and in a great location with beautiful mountain views. The host was very flexible and responsive, which we truly appreciated. Arrowtown is an adorable, charming little town just outside of Queenstown and I would highly recommend both the area and the house!!!

My stay at Alfys Lair was wonderful, such a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown but a very doable and beautiful walk into town. The place was clean and cozy and I loved that there was muesli, coffee and an assortment of tea for breakfast along with a stunning view of the lake. Would definitely stay here again!
