Without doubt Rachel’s Place is one of the best Air B n B places to stay in Christchurch and we have stayed at a few during our daughter’s 4 years at UC. From the complimentary bottle of wine and welcome note, thru to milk and butter in the fridge we were left not wanting for anything. The attention to detail was exceptional as was the cleanliness. On arrival we noticed something needed fixing ( possible knocked down by the cleaners and possibly not even known about by the owners). We messaged via the app and received an answer immediately and it was fixed the very next day. What more can I say! Awesome location, great hosts, and exceptional value for money. We will be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean and tidy, making it a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind. The location was also super convenient, with a small supermarket within walking distance, which made grabbing essentials a breeze. The host was friendly and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay and really wished we could have stayed longer. The cottage is in a very pretty and quiet setting, spotlessly clean and so very comfortable in all respects. Corinne and Stefan are excellent hosts and it was lovely to meet them. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a wonderful 5-night stay! The house was spotlessly clean, and the comfortable bed was a dream to sleep in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house. What really made our stay special, though, was the attention to detail and the care that Carolyn had clearly put into making sure we had everything we needed to feel welcome and at home.
