It was a beautiful house, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Wr stayed for 5 days and celebrated my wifes birthday! I would recommend to anyone as it is a large home with open space and lots to do with the recreation room and beautiful pool. Thank you and looking forward to staying again in the future.

I’ve stayed at Air BnBs all over the world and this is one of my favorites. Having now spent four days in Cuba, I can’t imagine doing it any way other than at Luca’s place. It is absolutely the most beautiful beach house with the best of views. I think Cuba would have been quite difficult to manage without Luca’s house and connections—Isabel and Laura are responsive, trustworthy, and kind. We were able to exchange money, get taxis, and have them cook dinner for us. This neighborhood is a slice of Cuban life. We made friends with the neighborhood coffee lady, dogs, and people. The house is perfectly appointed with a stocked fridge of beer, soda, and snacks. The water was great for snorkeling and there was a quietly assigned security person at our gate overnight—something we honestly probably didn’t even know we needed. This house is the way to see how people really live in Cuba. Thank you, Luca, Isabel, Laura, and everyone else for making the this a truly memorable trip.

Our stay at the Miramar apartment in Cuba was absolutely exceptional! The apartment was beautiful, immaculate, and perfectly maintained—everything felt fresh, crisp, and inviting. The breakfasts were delicious and a perfect way to start each day. The air conditioning was excellent, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay, and the WiFi was good, making it easy to stay connected. A huge thank you to TAYMI, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking. She took care of all our needs with incredible attention to detail, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we required. From arranging transportation to and from the airport and the university to making us feel completely at home, she was simply outstanding—so, so good! Equally impressive was Maribel’s responsiveness—every question I had was answered within minutes! The communication and service were top-notch, making this one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. I will certainly be back!!

We really like the air bnb, The caretaker Maria was very helpful and made good breakfasts for us. Her husband provided with great car transportation. The accommodations were good. The only complaint is that you have to go outside our rented space to get wi-fi reception because it was not possible inside the house. Also, the location of the home was different than the coordinates noted on the airbnb site. It was 2 niles away from where we thought we were and this made a difference since we were there for a triathlon. We thought it was easy 7 minute walk to marina but the walk more like like 25 minute walk to marina. Otherwise we a had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the town of Santa Fe.

It was a wonderful, memorable stay. We will be sharing this listing with many more people. Visiting Cuba can be tricky with travel arrangements, cell service, etc. Lexa was a kind and responsive host who cared for our needs. We wouldn't think about booking any other space.

What an amazing stay and beautifull house. Three good sized rooms. Good bathrooms. Clean, tidy, great furniture, multiple terraces to change throughout the day and night. This was simply the best house i rented in all my times in Havana. Sante Fe is a little out of the way of old Habana, but with the easy acces and good communication with taxi drivers its no problem at all. Better then a 5 star hotel in my opinion.

Mauro's place was as pictured and the house staff were always available, helpful, and friendly while also respecting your use of the space. The property is as pictured, but is in a more remote province of Havana that is not near the city center and does not have good access to taxis and local food options so you are forced to eat at the property or to pay the pricier prices of the surrounding seaside restaurants on the avenue. Taxis to good restaurants were a bit pricey and resulted in a not very budget friendly stay, although it was a great opportunity to enjoy a relaxing and private seaside oasis.

The villa was a fantastic choice for our weekend getaway to Cuba! The staff, especially Sylvia, were beyond warm and welcoming. They helped with recommendations for local places to eat and were wonderfully attentive. The location is great, within walking distance to many restaurants and a short cab ride into Havana. I will definitely stay again!

I felt like home! Everything was clean and the house looked spectacular. I got a childbed for my son and the house was ‘child friendly’ as well, thank you! The host was very kind, gentle and very communicative. She explained me where I could go to and how could I get around in Havana. The neighborhood is great. Very friendly people and very polite. The breakfast was delicious and very healthy. The beach, hotels, WiFi connections, restaurants and the GYM was near. I adored it! I’m definitely coming back to this house. Best Cuban Style Experience-Sea view in the Center

My friends and I stayed here Feb 7th 2023. I can’t say enough about how helpful Mr Navis son and neice were, they are truly amazing! Anything we wanted or needed they were right there. Whenever we needed a driver or reservation or a tour they would set it up. Thank you guys :-) We felt safe and well taken care of. When I booked this Airbnb I thought I was in old Havana-my mistake. We wanted to be walking distance to the city center . Many places close to us did not take Cuban pesos and only took a Cuban credit card- NO US CARDS ARE ACCEPTED ANYWHERE AT ANY TIME (we knew this prior to going but many places refuse to take CUBAN PESOS- unless you are in old Havana). The best cash to have is Euros, many will take US dollars also. Get some Cuban pesos but keep Euros/US dollars too! There is a pre paid card that you can purchase but we could never figure out where or how to get one- You can’t book any resorts in Varadero with US cards. Never say “Cuba” in Vnmo or bank transfers!

Due to heavy thunderstorms the WiFi went down on the first night, but you can’t control nature. I thought it was a blessing in disguise. We managed to enjoy the house so much more and each other’s company. The staff was amazing. The staff had coffee ready for us in the am before we could even request it. The pool is a very nice touch. The security guard at night helps give no second thoughts, even tho Havana is a very safe city. Would certainly go back. Enjoyed our entire stay!
