We really loved this place for everything: super-close to there slopes , well-equipped, quite stylish. Mariam was always in touch and willing to help. The prices is really fine for or what you get. Will, definitely, choose this apartment again, when coming to Gudauri.

I strongly recommend staying here. The property is beautiful and so is the view. It was very clean and everything worked properly. The walk is less than 10 minutes to the street with all of the restaurants and stores. To keep in mind, the entire town is very hilly as it is essentially on the base of the mountain, so may be difficult for some people who have difficulty walking. Also, I strongly recommend the hike to the Gergeti Trinity Church. I was able to walk straight from the property to the hike, no taxis or drivers needed.

We stayed at Sandro's apartment for 10 nights. It was a very good stay, especially because Sandro was reacting extremely fast on every little request we had, he was super helpful and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is comfortable, it is small (as most of them in Gudauri), but enough for 2 ppl. Toaster, big TV and easy connection to Netflix was a plus, especially when you stay longer. Location is fantastic, 2 min walk to the main gondola and many restaurants and supermarket. Two minuses would be that there is not really a nice view, you are looking at a older terrace, but we were out most day anyway. And that the apartment is on the first floor across the entrance, so you hear everyone from the corridor. Since Gudauri is rather a party place, there is loud music on most of the nights, that does stop around 11pm. Luckily we always travel with earplugs, and I would recommend them to anyone traveling to Gudauri, cause it's probably louder and alive everywhere.

Peaceful Stay in a Cozy Cottage I recently stayed in a charming cottage for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The surrounding area was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly and ensured everything was in place for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sounds of nature was a highlight. I only wish I could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet retreat.

We had a great stay in this lovely house in Stepantsminda. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views, and the house itself is cozy and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Niko was always available and helpful whenever we needed anything. The only thing to note is that sound travels easily between the first and second floor — which is expected for a house of this type. Overall, the house was ideal, we had a wonderful time, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

It's a very cozy house. I had a great time staying here. The big bathtub in front of the window is a real game changer. The house itself is located near the ROOMS hotel, which has a spa, a restaurant with really nice food, and a table pool. Would consider staying here next time.

Dea was a fantastic host! The cabin is set atop a hill with an incredible outlook over the valley. It is pretty tough to get to the cabin, particularly in the dark, so make sure to pack some hiking boots and a torch. The cabin is clean and well appointed. The only downside was a lack of heater. A small electric heater would go a long way - it can get cold in the mountains! I would recommend this cabin to anyone.

Great place! Right over the bridge 3.5 minute walk to the gondola. The exit to the bridge is on the same level as the apt and the ski storage!!! Highly recommend! Eveokia was extremely responsive. the listing matches the description. very cozy apartment, clean, warm, you can even say hot, we slept with the window open, although the temperature was -15-20 degrees. everything you need is in the apartment. 5 min to the gondola in ski boots, everything is nearby. thanks to Dacha for his apartment and responsiveness. I recommend this lovely apartment to everyone.
