Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Arroyo

This cabin house is AMAZING. Exactly what we were looking for. You can do many outdoor activities like kayaking, outside TV, pool table, connect 4, fire pits, boards games and the hot tub. Very private. There’s so much space & the view is breathtaking. The cabin is fully equipped. Efrain’s hospitality was the absolute best, from the wine and frituras at arrival to being very responsive, attentive and very communicative. At some point the cabin lost power, WE DIDN’T EVEN NOTICE, the cabin has their own solar & battery system, Efrain kept us posted on usage, when it came back etc. The road to the house and the driveway area are a bit rough and un-paved best to arrive during the day, we had a pregnant women (5 months) in the group & she was fine. My only suggestion would be the trash disposal. The trash has to be transported in a vehicle to the entrance of the “community” it’s like a 5-6 minute drive. For the cleaning fee they should be responsible for that, other this, I would RECOMMEND!

We had a fun and relaxing stay. It had a home away from home vibe. We will definitely be booking here again.

Can’t say enough great things about our stay! The host was always responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The house itself was spotlessly clean and absolutely beautiful. Felt right at home and at peace here. Would recommend this place to everyone!

10/10 would recommend, this place was AMAZING! We stayed there for almost a week and had something new to do every day! The amenities were perfect - from pickle ball to ping pong, learning how to play dominos, the beautiful private pool! - fully equipped closet with all games imaginable - beautiful pool with pool toys, bathroom right by it and a fridge to stay hydrated with cold beverages - the rooms are well spread out and perfect for a family trip or a group of friends, it’s so spacious and seriously has everything one can dream of - last but not least Hector was amazing, he was so responsive (even though it was Thanksgiving!!!) he was always ready to help if we needed it.

Very nice experience. Home is exactly as advertised and the photos are as well. Very easy and quick communication when I had a question. Location is very close to the highway if you want to travel to San Juan or travel West on the south side of the island. Cleanliness was phenomenal, even including the yard. The patio out back is very large and a nice place to unwind at the end of the day. The home is located in a neighborhood so one just has to remember that there could be pets in the neighborhood that could make a little noise early morning. This was not an issue for us because we went in having the expectation that it could happen. Thank you Esther for being a great host! Loved the Bike concept.

This place was such an oasis! The inside of the home feels so thoughtfully set up — not like so many airbnbs that clearly were just thrown together with the necessities. Liamm and Pete clearly were intentional about the interior design and hospitality— from decor to outfitting the space with everything we could need. The backyard is private and truly gorgeous— we loved getting to hang out with our coffee in the morning and swim in the pool. The restaurants in the area have good food, and we loved the no-frills, local feel. It was nice that there were a few within very close walking distance of the house. The beach right in front of the house is convenient and nice, and the beach at the nature preserve is beautiful (!!), especially at sunset. And to top it all off, Liamm and Pete are so friendly. These days I’m so used to the anonymous, solely-business vibes of airbnbs— this place felt so special, since it is clear that it’s their home and that they have poured so much love into it.

Yessinia was amazing! Super responsive and very friendly. The shaded outdoor spot was perfect for morning coffee and day planning. We will be back and forth to Puerto Rico multiple times per year and will definitely be staying here again.

Our stay was wonderful! The terrace is so beautiful to watch the sunrise/sunset with great views of El Yunque. Very spacious place with everything you need.

We had an amazing stay at this place! It was spotlessly clean, cozy, and just as described. The location was fantastic, close to all the local attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

This is a fabulous spot: we fell in love with Maunabo. The apartment has a nice view, and within 10 minutes, you can walk to one of the more glorious beaches I’ve been to. There are also many more things to do in the area you can drive to within an hour. Heather put together a very comprehensive and descriptive info guide with links to restaurants, places to visit, etc. The apartment was spotless and well appointed— the owners clearly put so much thought into the aesthetics and what to include so that you’ve got everything thing you need without it being cluttered. We loved the turtle motif! I was so impressed by how responsive Heather was to all of our questions — I think she responded within 5 minutes every time I reached out! I’ve stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s— she was by far the best communicator of all. So kind.

This was my 2nd time staying at Marisa’s place. I just love it here. Guayama is one of my favorite cities in Puerto Rico. The apartment is a couple of blocks from the plaza where you will find outdoor Zumba classes on Thursdays, tasty brunch at La Vida, and many bars to bar hop after 6pm, or 2pm because a few are open early. Marisa’s place is definitely a home away from home with one of the best WiFi services ever! And if you travel often to PR, you know phone and internet service sucks! But not here! The apartment is JUST LIKE THE PICS, and Marisa is an exemplary host. I hope to be back.

Amarilys is an excellent host, she welcomed us very nice and kind. The apartment is nice and cozy. The complex has common areas where you can have a good time. Super central, you can visit the square, restaurants and walking businesses. Spacious private parking. I would have liked to stay another day to enjoy the apartment and the area more. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had such a wonderful stay. The rental was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for us. Gloria was such a great communicator - she responded quickly every time. We arrived during the major power outage and she was EXTREMELY flexible and understanding. We hope to return next year!

Jossie was very helpful and responsive. The house felt right at home and had everything we needed for our week stay. The place looks great and is clean. The air conditioners worked well and kept us cool. The beds were comfortable and there are fans in the rooms to help keep you even cooler. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Penelope’s place is very comfortable, peaceful and inviting. You’ll find everything you need for a great vacation since Penelope is a very thoughtful host and includes kitchen essentials and even beach/pool accessories and the pool is easily accessible. Also the beds are very nice and comfortable and there is really hot water that you can adjust as you like. AC units work great too. The check in was very smooth. Those days really felt like getting into our own home every time we accessed the facilities. Maunabo is very beautiful with breathtaking ocean views. We look forward to stay again in the future! Last but not least, Penelope is super responsive, easy to reach and an amazing super host.
