Family-friendly vacation rentals in Arroyo

Beautiful hidden gem. Cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Stocked kitchen, clean bedrooms, washer/dry, extra supplies. Fun and relaxing time throughout the property: hot tub, kayak and fishing, beautiful landscape for photos, pool table, and board games. We caught several fish for meals. Be careful not to travel at night and in a small car. The roads are narrow, winding and dark. We would have liked more security for access doors to feel safer at night. We would definitely recommend others who like more adventurous stay.

Beautiful rental. The views were amazing. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The resort is very kid friendly with a kids pool and playground. The restaurant on site was delicious. We went there multiple times. Overall we enjoyed everything about our stay.

The Marabella Club condo is a unit on the 3rd floor with a mountain view and a few steps to the pool area and beach. Very quiet and beautiful. We would walk along the beach or lay by the pool and see very few people. Mostly Americans and very friendly employees particularly appreciated Gustavo at the gate (who can answer questions and provide helpful suggestions). When you arrive, there is one gated entrance into Palmas Del Mar and another gate into Marbella Club. The condo was clean, very soft bath towels and linens. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has a cabinet with condiments, basics, newer appliances, coffeemaker, airfryer. The countertop could be updated but very clean. We stopped after airport and bought groceries at Ralph’s in Humecao as there is only a small market in Palmas Del Mar (plaza). The only challenge was the elevator is not available now as they are installing a new one so you must use the stairs. Favorite restaurant- Bocata! Thank you Jose!

Excellent place and host

We had a great stay! The condo was beautiful and spacious! Also there were beach items for us to use which was super helpful!

My girls and I had the most incredible stay here, I don’t even know where to begin! The pictures truly do not do it justice, the view left us all speechless. The home was so beautiful, clean and spacious with great views all around. The outside hot tub area was gorgeous for hang outs and again, the most outstanding view of nature. The community was very peaceful and quiet and felt safe since it is a gated community. Jose was very quick and responsive and offered great recommendations. They also provided beach towels, chairs and more that came in handy for our beach days. On that note, the beach was a short drive away and there are great restaurants nearby too. We would definitely stay here again, would give 10 stars if it were possible! Can’t say enough good things about it, had the best time!

The house was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable and it had all the amenities one would need. They really thought of everything! They had beach balls, sunblock, umbrellas, etc. The complex has pools, golf, tennis, a small shopping plaza, etc. You can spend a whole day just at Palmas del Mar if you dont want to go out. We loved how close the house is to the pool and how peaceful everything was.

Great place to stay with a beautiful layout. The pool access from balcony was amazing , my daughter loved it and highly recommended for a relaxing vacation.

Booked for one week and ended up extending our stay an additional week. Great for pets; we brought our three small dogs and they loved the outdoor space. Property is large enough for multiple people without feeling cramped.

Monica was a fabulous host! She was super responsive and helpful. The house was clean, large space and plentiful bedrooms for a big group. The view from the balcony was amazing. We had our coffee out there every morning enjoying the view and the sounds of the birds. This place is a true hidden paradise.

My second time staying there and I love it every time will stay again

This place is incredible. Multiple people in our group said they slept like a baby every night. Fall asleep to the sounds of Coquis and wake up to the sound of songbirds. We came in mid-March. It got a little chilly at night, and perfect during the day. So many people were asking me about the place when I posted on social media. We left yesterday. I already miss it.

James was an amazing host very responsive, very friendly, and made it well known that he would help if it was ever needed i would definitely return to this Airbnb whenever planning a trip to Puerto Rico! Very clean, well maintained and worth every penny!

We had our wedding here at the home, words cannot describe how beautiful everything was. The home accommodated me and my family and the beach was right in the backyard to have our intimate small wedding.. thank you ❤️

We had an amazing stay at this home! The location couldn’t have been better. The space is beautifully designed, making it feel like a peaceful retreat. The highlight of the property was definitely the back patio. The view was stunning! It was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy morning coffee, and unwind in the evenings. I highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to return!

Our stay was truly restful amongst the sweet sounds of the coqui frogs. We slept well on the comfortable bed. Easy to find with the precise location the host provided. Very responsive when we called upon arrival to access the gate securing the property.

We had such an amazing experience at Socorro’s Casa. There were wonderful little touches all over the house, everything was so clean and comfortable, and the pool was sooo beautiful and enjoyable. Best family vacation ever. This sums it up: our teenager was not into this spring break trip to Puerto Rico, but upon leaving Socorro’s home, he said, “can you please remember this place so we can come back someday?”…and he hasn’t been nearly as happy since we left.

The condo was beautiful for our 2 families! The resort was lovely to walk around and rent a golf cart to explore and go to restaurants. Phil made it super easy to rent a golf cart and the condo had all the necessities for a comfy stay. Our 2 families of kids loved the layout of the bunk bed room, and I really appreciated the other 2 bedrooms had king size beds. The layout of the condo was great for all of us to connect and have space to cook and eat. The condo was located right on the beach and near 3 pools! Phil also had all the amenities for the beach. We enjoyed leisurely days swimming, walking, and going out to eat around the resort. To plan-Many of the resort activities (beach club with the waterslides that is located within walking distance and the tennis courts) are an extra fee and available Monday-Thursday for guests. We truly appreciated the ability to relax, connect, and play out in the sun all day. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

Fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach! The host was incredibly responsive and addressed any concerns right away. We had a wonderful stay, and my siblings were so impressed—they’re now considering a move from Miami to Palmas. It truly was that enjoyable!

Joseph’s place was incredible! My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the area. The breathtaking view of the beach right from our balcony was both beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well organized, with everything we could possibly need. Joseph was incredibly responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The location was fantastic, with many shops and beaches nearby. If I ever find myself in the area again, I would definitely stay at Joseph’s place.

This is a beautiful spot - Beach Village is between the beach and the golf course. We walked on the beach every day and sat on the back patio if it rained or watching the sunset over the golf course. The patio area was especially nice for these units because the AC output was not on the porch but around the corner on the side of the building. The villa was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. All the plumbing & appliances worked well. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Luis was very responsive if we had questions. The view straight out the front of the unit is not the best because it's across the street from the back of the hotel, but we never spent time looking out there - the view out the back is lovely - that's where the porch/ patio is & the view from the living room. Overall, this was better than other Beach Village villas that we have stayed in. We had a great time & would love to go back.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

This is one of the best places to stay in Puerto Rico, words cannot express how perfect this place was, the views are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up every morning to the beautiful view is an image we will always cherish. It is the only way to visit Puerto Rico with a large family, plenty of space for everyone , with all the amenities you need and then some. The gated community was a great plus made us all feel safe and comfortable. We felt at home being here. Loved how close the stores were and local beaches. Not to mention host Connie was very informative and accommodating, responsive. Highly recommended 10/10 we will be coming back again! Thank you again host ( Connie) we had a great time!
