Vacation rentals with a patio in Arosa

We were visiting Muotathal to enjoy winter hiking and relaxing. Thomas communicated greatly to prepare an easy and early arrival. The host is very friendly, helpful and beyond accommodating. The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and greatly organized. We felt very at home and enjoyed every minute at the home and the area. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting this region of Switzerland and in particular if you are looking for the best possible stay.

The apartment is very large for four people. The kitchen was well equipped and the place is very well connected to public transport. Chantal is a wonderful host. She quickly responded to my messages and was very helpful!

Our group had a wonderful stay at Claudia's apartment! We were very impressed with everything, from the cleanliness to the excellent condition of the amenities inside. The view was absolutely as advertised, and with comfortable seating from the back balcony were able to enjoy a memorable coffee on the balcony with the warm morning sun. We had everything we needed at the apartment, and felt very comfortable and relaxed while there. We will definitely make a return visit if back in the area!

We had a great stay, charming apartment right in the middle of St. Moritz surrounded by all of the great shopping and restaurants. Excellent experience!

The apartment is spacious and very well stocked! It also had a beautiful balcony to watch the sunset. For us, the most significant thing was that it is steps away from the tram to the ski area Corvigilia. It was also across the street from a bus stop that served many different routes. Buses run very frequently and will take you to downtown St. Mortiz or to the other ski areas - Corvatsch, Diavolezza, and Lagalb. One thing to note - this property is on the fourth floor with no elevator, so while the proximity to the slopes is unbeatable, climbing the stairs after skiing all day can be a challenge. However, there is a ski storage room in the basement where you can change shoes & leave gear before climbing the stairs. We overall had a fantastic stay, and Alessio was very responsive to any issues or questions that arose during our time! Would highly recommend.

Ariane's place is very well equipped, large, clean and comfortable , with a magnificent and quiet view Close to Feldkirch, Liechtenstein and Lake Constance. It was great. Ariane is very responsive and has responded to all our requests. We had a very nice week 🙂 We would recommend it

Wonderful home in peaceful setting! It has all the amenities we needed, super comfortable beds, and plenty of space to relax. We loved the sunroom with the beautiful view of the mountains. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The seven of us (3 children, parents, grandparents) enjoyed the snow-rich ski holidays. The place was very cozy, the wood stove gives a cozy warmth that spreads well and we do not froze even at night thanks to warm blankets. (The most comfortable beds in an apartment for a long time)! Warm socks in the finches and warm clothes for indoors are still recommended in winter - can also be in a rustico! Catherine was very helpful and patiently answered any questions or gave additional information. The bit of toys we took with us was completely unnecessary, we played across the great collection of games and the kids liked the other toys it had! we would love to come back!

The house was very nice, very comfortable with a lot of things which make you stay much more comfortable. Varinia und Alex were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect accommodation.

The self check-in instructions were very accurate, so everything worked out very well. The apartment is very spacious. It has a cozy kitchen-living room and a spacious living room. The bedrooms were also large and had plenty of closets. The apartment has a lot of charm. There were five of us and due to the two separate toilets, there was never a traffic jam in the bathroom. The kitchen-living room is very well equipped and has everything you need for cooking. There was also everything you need. We would rent this apartment again immediately.

Very well equipped, cozy and very quiet accommodation with magnificent views of the mountains. It is located in a residence about 5km south of Lenzerheide, and there are no shops or village within easy walking distance. We came by train + bus, a bus stop is nearby but it then takes 5-10mn walk to get to the accommodation with a path that goes up, namely if you have a lot of luggage. Our stay was very pleasant and the exchanges by message with Marvin were very friendly

We have enjoyed to stay for two nights in Lorraine's apartment. It was very clean. The apartment is spacious with a large balcony and is situated within walking distance of the shops, bakeries and restaurants. It was the ideal place for 4 people. In short, a great apartment. We really appreciated the direct access from the underground garage into the house. Our expectations were exceeded.

We find the resort Walensee, where the apartment is located totally beautiful. It is a good starting point for nice excursions. The apartment is lovingly furnished and makes every child's heart beat faster. There is nothing missing, everything is available from the birthday candles, over hair gums and a mega large games cabinet. We enjoyed the days in the apartment. Thank you

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at! Amazing views from this place - can see the mountains and the towns below from the balcony. Transport is easy as there is a bus stop nearby, and several hiking routes not too far from the place. Bedrooms and living room / kitchen were very spacious. Sigi was always responsive and clear in instructions. Would recommend!

The house was amazing - very comfortable for a group of 6 people, clean, and easy access to Serneus or Klosters ski area with the free bus, 5 min walk from the house. It is fully equipped and Zsuzsanna was easy to communicate with. A great stay near Davos!

Aldo was a friendly and easily accessible host who was also able to communicate in German. The tastefully restored apartment offered a pleasant atmosphere, comfortable beds and a fireplace as a feel-good place. The kitchen is well furnished and there is coffee from the Bialetti. A bubble bath and guest gifts rounded out the offer. As typical in old houses, the wooden floors creak and the walls are clairaudient, which could be relevant in the high season. But we were alone in the house. The location is ideal for snow sports activities in Campo-Blenio, Lukmanier or Nara. Overall, a very successful stay.
