it is probably smart to call the Club Wyndham to understand the unit that you are assigned. I booked a 1bdrm and was assigned a 2bdrm (which was actually two apartments, each with 1 bdrm, kitchen, bath and living room). I never used one of the units and would have shared with a friend if I understood the layout ahead of time. great location walking distance to the blue/yellow Metro line, only a couple of stops from National Airport.

Place is well located, close to metro station. You can easliy get from here to all main atracttions in Washington. Moreover, place has a perfect connection with Dulles Airport. Room and bathroom were clean, kitchen is well equipped. Host is nice person. It's good place to stay!

This is our second stay with Monica and we returned because the place is beautiful and the hospitality great. Monica is super responsive and easy to work with. We had to make adjustments in our travel dates and Monica was flexible, prompt and accommodating in her responses. She also checks in during our stay and responds quickly to any concerns. Finally, this beautiful, quiet place helps to balance and restore your energy after dealing with the hectic pace of the D.C. area. Five stars in all areas.

I was in town for a month for less than pleasant reasons, but having this space to come home to and relax every night was a blessing. The host was very communicative and made checking in a breeze. Very comfy bed!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Rockville, MD! The location was fantastic—situated in a very walkable neighborhood with lots of shops nearby and three playgrounds within walking distance. It was ideal for both kids and adults alike. The home itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our family of five for a week. The layout provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel at home. As dog owners, we especially appreciated the ample space for our furry friends to run around. Although one of their dogs didn’t get along with ours, the hosts made it easy to restrict access, so it wasn’t an issue during our stay. Overall, this Airbnb offered a great combination of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly features. We’d happily stay here again!

Everything was just perfect and my stay was great. I would only recommend that the owners somehow find a space in their property to add a small desk near electrical outlets. Today, so many people work remotely and a desk near power and with good internet connections are critical for these sorts of customer they may have. It was very difficult for me to figure out where and how and what to use to creatively have my computer on something to work with. Other than that, it's a great place. Thanks

Almost perfect, internet connection was spotty at times, but proximity to college park and Hyattsville is the point, and this has it, and a homey feel.

The host was very quick with her responses, host was also very organized and listed very clear instructions of everything! Would definitely stay again if I am ever in the area again. Thank you for having us!

This stay was an absolute treat! I felt right at home. Everything was neat, tidy, and as described. The gym was AWESOME! Also, Michelle was a proactive and responsive host. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Excellent stay! Just the right size for my husband and me over the Thanksgiving weekend. The guesthouse is well-appointed and attractive, with a sitting area and kitchen space with a small fridge, coffeemaker and microwave. The bed is very comfortable, and the spacious bathroom has an amazing shower. Despite being in a fairly densely-populated urban area, the apartment felt very private, quiet and peaceful. Conveniently located close to downtown Silver Spring and its restaurants, shops, and easy access to the Metro. Alice was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We went to the zoo and museums downtown and this place was very conveniently located and quiet. The space was quiet with thoughtful details. Definitely would recommend!

The English basement was perfect for my stay in Washington D.C. I toured by bicycle and 15th St. had great bike lanes and signals to get me to and from the National Mall attractions and museums.

I enjoyed my stay at the beautiful carriage house in the Shaw neighborhood. It was a perfect spot to work from during the day — Wi-Fi was strong and there’s a cute little office nook. And it’s close to transit for exploring DC!Chris was a welcoming and friendly host, very responsive. A few things to note: the kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, fridge, and microwave. However it’s not outfitted for cooking full meals. There’s also construction happening directly outside — in my experience, from the hours of ~8am-5pm, inclusive of Saturday. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The Carriage House is everything we hoped it would be located in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood. We stayed 5 days over Christmas and were more than comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked including coffee, tea and sugar making it easy to have breakfast at the house. The bathroom and shower are small but manageable. Plenty of towels and hygiene supplies are provided. Street parking was always available and every DC landmark that you want to visit is a short easy drive away. Tyler is super responsive providing the small touches that made us comfortable. Although we never needed him, he was only a phone call away. When returning to the area, I know where I will stay.

Farida place is cozy, extremely clean and comfortable. Farida has thought of everything needed to make staying there feel like home. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood which is friendly and felt very safe. The nearby metro stop is a 10 min walk, as is the National Cathedral. We enjoyed dining in several of the local restaurants that were all walkable. We would not hesitate to stay again.

This space was lovely! Everything was exactly as described- it was super cute, very clean, and the hosts have done a great job of anticipating everything you could need and providing it before you even have to ask. The surrounding area is very nice, and there are so many interesting things to do within a convenient distance. Thomas and Brittany were always so kind and helpful, and have done a wonderful job in creating this home away from home!

Alex was a terrific host. He was very responsive. Parking was easy. We expecially liked that we could park our car and walk to markets and restaurants. The carriage house is lovely, well stocked, and in a fabulous neighborhood. We felt very safe walking around at night. We would definatley stay here again.

We are Iranian and came to Washington for a concert by two of Iran's Myths. Austin's house was very close to the Anthem and Warner Theater for us. The house was very clean and we were very comfortable there.thank you.

The beautiful, well-located unit is just as described and is a perfect space for a stop over in DC for work travel or sightseeing. Melinda was thoughtful, responsive, and provided all the needed info about the unit and neighborhood. Would highly recommend!
