it is probably smart to call the Club Wyndham to understand the unit that you are assigned. I booked a 1bdrm and was assigned a 2bdrm (which was actually two apartments, each with 1 bdrm, kitchen, bath and living room). I never used one of the units and would have shared with a friend if I understood the layout ahead of time. great location walking distance to the blue/yellow Metro line, only a couple of stops from National Airport.

Great place to stay near capitol hill. It was a very quiet spot and comfortable setup. I would definitely stay again!

By far, one of the best AirBnB flats we have stayed in. The building itself is unique, thoughtfully renovated and very safe and quiet. The bedding and sheets were of very high quality. We were thankful for the groceries provided. Communication was excellent. The garage serves as a sort of man cave and can be used for yoga and exercise. All appliances are modern. We didn’t have a chance to enjoy the spacious backyard but hope to next time. Super fast Internet and a huge TV with pro sound. There are plenty of food and beverage options nearby and a Whole Foods a short stroll away. Although H Street has a few rough patches you needn’t feel unsafe in the neighborhood. There’s a free streetcar service along H that takes you direct to Union Station.

Place is well located, close to metro station. You can easliy get from here to all main atracttions in Washington. Moreover, place has a perfect connection with Dulles Airport. Room and bathroom were clean, kitchen is well equipped. Host is nice person. It's good place to stay!

This is our second stay with Monica and we returned because the place is beautiful and the hospitality great. Monica is super responsive and easy to work with. We had to make adjustments in our travel dates and Monica was flexible, prompt and accommodating in her responses. She also checks in during our stay and responds quickly to any concerns. Finally, this beautiful, quiet place helps to balance and restore your energy after dealing with the hectic pace of the D.C. area. Five stars in all areas.

I was in town for a month for less than pleasant reasons, but having this space to come home to and relax every night was a blessing. The host was very communicative and made checking in a breeze. Very comfy bed!

We had a great stay!! Craig was very nice, communicative, and accomodating, particularly regarding our need for a late check out. The neighborhood is very quiet with a nice park and restaurants within walking distance. The shared semi-outdoor patio was particularly nice. It was a perfect home away from home!

This was a wonderful soft place to land when moving to the US for the first time! The room was clean and had everything I needed, and Amanda was very kind and easy to communicate with. I especially liked the array of teas and yoga mat provided - they helped me to feel right at home! The area was also very peaceful, and within walking distance of bus stops which made it easier to get into the main area of Bethesda. I would highly recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful stay at Jen’s! It was the perfect place to stay for 2 weeks while I started my internship. The space was in close walking distance of Union Station, and also near several restaurants and grocery stores. Jen was extremely welcoming and friendly! I felt very safe and loved the neighborhood. I highly recommend if you’re visiting DC!

Easy stay, very clean and nice place. Easy to go in and out. Private space with beautiful surroundings. My wife and kids enjoyed the space. It was very clean and everything worked as expected.

This Airbnb was perfect for my husband and I to visit with our 2 UMD students. We will save this one for future trips. Easy check-in, clear instructions, wonderful, clean space. Definitely recommend.

Excellent stay! Just the right size for my husband and me over the Thanksgiving weekend. The guesthouse is well-appointed and attractive, with a sitting area and kitchen space with a small fridge, coffeemaker and microwave. The bed is very comfortable, and the spacious bathroom has an amazing shower. Despite being in a fairly densely-populated urban area, the apartment felt very private, quiet and peaceful. Conveniently located close to downtown Silver Spring and its restaurants, shops, and easy access to the Metro. Alice was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

I stayed with my daughter and niece for a week and we loved this place. It’s location is perfect, very nice and safe neighborhood and really well connected. The entire place was very clean and smelled clean. It had all we needed with a fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, and a place to work. There were three of us and it was very comfortable for a week. He was very attentive checking if everything was ok and helpful in getting a street parking pass. I would greatly recommend staying here again! It’s one of the best Airbnb that I’ve ever been!

Wonderful studio guest cottage. My son and I enjoyed the pool, trampoline, and swings. Loved the screened in porch. Very peaceful.

Quiet, private, clean/comfortable, safe - great location. The heating worked well in colder weather and the kitchen was equipped for eating in when rainy. Walked to (new) coffee houses/restaurants and services like salon, grocery, dry cleaning and pharmacy. Host had good recommendations for local music, arranged for a cleaner to come in and was quick to reply to any questions. Working from home was easy with good wifi, natural light and a convenient desk. The host has a lovely small dog who occasionally visited the back yard. A real bonus to have the park next door. As repeat guests, we will return to this five star BnB - highly recommend.

We had such a lovely week in the carriage house. It was easy to be there; comfortable. Tyler offered multiple ways to be in contact with him, should that be necessary. The carriage house is off the street, behind the main house - so very quiet. The bedroom was great: bed was supportive but not too firm and because of the way it's situated, it was dark in the morning. Great for sleeping in. Full on kitchen was terrific- all that we needed. We made breakfast at home every morning. Tyler provided coffee: a plus. I appreciated the distinct areas of the living space. The carriage house is small - perfect for one or two people - and there are clear spaces for desk, dining table and living room/lounging. So nice to have access to washer/dryer. We loved the area. We were in walking distance of our friends and the DC metro. Super easy to get to DC highlights from this location. Hope to return!

We always enjoy our stay in the garden suite, the unit is peaceful, comfortable and has everything you need for a stay in the city. Farida is a wonderful host providing clear directions and instructions for entry, your stay and parking. The neighborhood and metro are a short walk to shops and restaurants. You cannot go wrong with a stat in this lovely unit.
