Great stay overall! The space had all the amenities listed, and the location was excellent; close to the city with quick and affordable Uber rides to just about anywhere. I loved being able to walk to a delicious brunch spot nearby, too. It’s a renovated motel, so you can expect some city noise, but nothing out of the ordinary for an urban stay. The parking was a bit tight, but my car felt completely safe the entire time thanks to the locked gate. My advice: park your car inside the gate and use Uber to explore the area, it made things super convenient. We had two cars so we parked my car in the gate and parked our second car (larger truck) in the monitored ally behind the building. Would definitely stay here again for the location and ease!

We were pleasantly surprised with how lovely, fresh and new everything was. The decorator did an amazing job. The attention to detail was fabulous. When we saw the building and how close together the condos were we were worried about the space inside but it was very roomy. We would love to stay here again! Patrick was very accommodating and even allowed us a later checkout time.

What a blessing to have found Jennifer and Oliver’s AirBnB!!! It was the perfect home away from home for our family of three during our college tour of Ole Miss! Jennifer is the epitome of southern hospitality with such graciousness and warmth in opening up her gorgeous home to others! Perfection in every sense of the word!!! We will be staying here every time we visit Oxford when we come to see our daughter in college! Could not have asked for a better first time experience visiting this lovely town! Fell in love with the people and location!!! Spic and span clean home, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen and bath, amazing deck with fire pit…just no complaints whatsoever!!! Thank you, Jennifer and Oliver, for your friendship and for welcoming us into your relaxing home! We are forever grateful!!! This place was a dream! The space is exactly as pictured! I’ve never stayed at a rental that was as intentional as this home! Highlights for me: easy check in, wonderful parking and a quiet and safe neighborhood, provided fresh dark towels, plenty of toiletries, recent service of HVAC (I was definitely warm & cozy). The furniture was very comfortable from the couch to the bed. Beth, the host was absolutely amazing! Very personable, responsive and accommodative to any request I may have made. Which was one- just to adjust the furnaces (as this has its original heating system! That runs like NEW). Would highly recommend 10/10! I will certainly return to stay again! My home away from home! Thank you so much for such an invaluable contribution to my amazing weekend retreat! Beat me to renting this place again! Lol

I had missed out a full day to check-in in my reservation due to severe weather/storms & trip delays but once I made it I enjoyed every second of the stay. The host was very friendly and thoughtful as she understood the situation, left a gift, and even allowed late check out. The beds were comfortable, tvs worked fine, shower had amenities, 10 outta 10 in my book…and I would gladly book here again when I come back!

The home was tidy and spacious! We especially enjoyed the patio in the back yard, although wasps were present during the day, likely due to the spring weather. We communicated about damaged blinds upon arrival, but Kim replied almost immediately, which was much appreciated!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The house itself is incredible – much larger than I expected and with a stunning atmosphere all around. The private property is spacious and offers complete peace and privacy, with no disturbances. Ashley, the host, was incredibly responsive and attentive, always getting back to me within 5 minutes for any questions or requests I had. Both the house and the host truly deserve a five-star rating. I will definitely be choosing this property again for my next stay and can't wait to return for another memorable experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

This trip was the best place we’ve ever stayed on Airbnb. We were in the area because of a sick relative so it was a last minute booking. Host was super helpful in every way. Home was beautiful and the covered back porch was a great place to have coffee in the morning and unwind at night. Could not of asked for anything better !

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was just as advertised, no hidden surprises. It was enough room and I liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was bigger than I expected. Floyd was very helpful with check-in and check-out instructions. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. We were about 10 mins from the square, yet we were in such a quiet area. Thank you Floyd we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean, the brewery and restaurant across the street had the best bar food by far on our trip (bbq nachos) Jason was responsive when the fire alarm chirped. We’d stay again. Keep in mind both bedrooms are upstairs

This is our favorite place we’ve stayed in Oxford! Space is new and very well laid-out, we loved the living room and pickleball courts and trails outside. John is very accommodating and friendly, I can’t say enough good things about him and the experience. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
