Apartment vacation rentals in Arica

This place was the best choice! Everything was absolutely impeccable, the location and the area are very good, even the condominium guards were always very respectful and helpful. But by far the best thing about the accommodation was Mrs. Ivonne with her kindness and good treatment. She was very helpful from day one, to resolve all our doubts and give us recommendations for getting around, among many other things. I just want to thank her for how attentive she was with us, and how impeccable everything is. This definitely makes you want to come back.

Andrea's apartament was excellent. We had such a nice stay that we came back. Location is excellent, close to the Playa Las Machas, and just a block from a local horse farm. Our kids even took some horsback riding lessons. The condominium, particularly for our children, was great. We loved that the playground and pool were right off the balcony. Great energy, sunlight and big space. Andrea was very accommodating. When it was really hot our first day there, she found us another fan. The neighbors were nice and the pool was clean. Would absolutely recommend it and we would come back in a heartbeat. The only thing that would have been nice are some blackout curtains. Otherwise... perfect!

Excellent alternative to stay in Arica. Its view is unbeatable and the spaces are spacious and comfortable. Antonella is friendly and responds promptly by sharing data. On the Playa el Laucho (in front), there is a tourism office for those who want to know the area. Near the condominium there are no places nearby to buy basic things (vehicle is required). The neighborhood in general is quiet for hiking, there is cyclovía and beautiful landscapes. In front is the Alacran peninsula, it is walkable and has tables for pic nic (for free). Definitely a place to go back, 100% recommended.

Excellent apartment, it was as described and photos. Flexible check-in is a plus. Maybe a microwave is needed, however it is too well equipped. The host a 7. If I go back to Arica, I would definitely stay again.

Everything is very good, great location, close to the beach, restaurants and warehouses. The administration of the building is friendly, and Marion is always attentive to any problems. The only thing to note is that on evenings, especially weekends, the street in front of the balcony can be a little bustling.

Rosa is a very friendly person, with excellent character and accessible to requests. He gives himself time to assist him, to recommend places and people, and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The place is 5 or 10 minutes away from all downtown and beaches. The apartment has quiet neighbors who hardly sit down. We felt relaxed at all times. It is located in front of a main avenue, so I recommend bringing earplugs to rest. Excellent attention and a very welcoming apartment. I highly recommend it! 💓

It is a small but very functional department., in a very quiet area. It has a portable air conditioner because the area is hot.

Apartment with all the comforts for a comfortable stay: 3 rooms, washer-dryer, terraces, two bathrooms, all impeccable. The location is close to the beach, but requires getting around by car or Uber to go to attractive sectors of the city, such as downtown and morro, as I did not see public transportation. At night everything is very quiet, ideal for resting. I recommend it!

A very comfortable, clean and easily accessible place Close to the beach, well-lit. Well-equipped. The host was always available and concerned. a pleasure throughout the stay. We recommend it and would repeat the experience. It exceeded our expectations.

Ideal accommodation for families with small children, the pool is small, but very cozy and surrounded by trees. My very happy girls and they had a lot of fun. Well distributed apartment with everything you need for a couple of days. They charge extra for using the parking lot, which is not explicit in the description, although the value is small is not welcome that additional charges appear. Overall it was a very good choice.
