Everything was perfect! Impeccable accommodation, well appointed, quiet , ideally located for going into town or by the lake; vehicle safely parked for free; Super sauna and very pleasant spa when returning from hiking! We had a lovely stay!

A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

My stay went perfectly, it was very pleasant and met my expectations. The place is surrounded by nature is very relaxing and refreshing. Roberta was very responsive to my questions and very pleasant.

Weekend off-season (February), we enjoyed the calm and direct access to the lake shore. The host, although not present on that day, was very responsive to our requests and prepared the listing accordingly. Very friendly before, during,, after, it's nice! The accommodation is nice for two, or four with children as long as they can be in a upstairs bed. Please note that you have to go through the very small children's room to access the parent room. Great bathroom and kitchen perfectly furnished. Dishes in bulk. In good season the outdoor space must be very pleasant. Perfectly fenced for your four-pasted pet. Hiking departure points are accessible by car nearby. The configuration of the lake, on the other hand, makes it more difficult to walk (road). A beautiful find with a very nice host!

Very welcoming hosts and great sympathy. The accommodation is warm, in a very beautiful peaceful environment. Close to Annecy city center. Many hikes are to be done around offering sublime panoramas.

Great stay at this place... The stove is a real plus during this cold time! The kitty really enjoyed it too! The accommodation is cozy, warm.. We slept very well in this place and the shops are quite close.. The perfect place to visit the area!

We had a great weekend at the mocha chalet. The location is ideal for a stroll, the lake view is splendid. There is everything you need in the cottage to stay there on a rainy day as we had but also everything to enjoy the outdoors with a little coffee in the sun in the morning. We will surely come back to recharge without going too far from the house. Recommended!

Denise is a great host, she will contact you in time to properly arrange the arrival. Upon arrival there was some goodies ready, very thoughtful. Denise speaks English which makes the commnication easier, If you have any questions, she is always available. She is also proactive at checkout. We were able to enjoy the beautiful quiet location very much. The house very spacious , the kitchen absolutely modern and the decoration of the house carries the nostalgia of the past.

The cat is quiet and on its own. We made the walk out of the tips, go swimming to the swimming pool with slides vitam, visited the towns of yvoire and annecy. Furthermore, we have been near bonneville to mini golf and toboggan run and in lusac with cable car up for a walk with a view of mont blanc.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Julie’s chalet! The chalet was amazing, very well-equipped, and the location was simply perfect. We had a fantastic and memorable time. We only stayed one night, but it was perfect. Christelle was very responsive and our arrival despite the fact that it was late, it went perfectly.

We rented Sebastien's cottage for two for four days and had a great time! The cottage is cozy, well-equipped, very clean and you feel good there. For a winter stay, the fireplace is a big bonus! The location is ideal in the heart of Les Bauges, in a very quiet area but still with a bakery within walking distance.

The apartment was as described. Very nice environment and good location. We enjoyed the pool!
