Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Argenteuil Regional County Municipality

Sheila was a great host. This was our second time staying at her place and we will look to return as long as it’s available.

Jacques was an amazing host. He was very prompt in his communication. He was available to receive us and walk us through the instructions for fireplace, jacuzzi etc. We loved the quiet and warmth of the house. Oh, and really enjoyed his homemade Quebec special maple syrup. I hope to visit again with family.

I stayed at Michael’s cottage with a few other ladies for a book club retreat. We had a great weekend! It was peaceful, clean and well-equipped. The highlights were: The beds were comfortable and main area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying good food. The kitchen is fully equipped and the appliances are new and run well. The hot tub was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the fire pit outside. Points for improvement: The chalet was clean, but a little dusty in spots. For instance, the kitchen counter hadn’t been wiped down. There was no hand towel in the upstairs bathroom and only 2 dish towels. More towels would have been helpful. There were no dressers in the bedrooms which would have been more inconvenient during a longer stay. The hot tub was set at 101F and it was locked at that temperature. It was cold for our liking. The driveway was not well-maintained. Overall, it was perfect for a short weekend getaway, but I think you would run into some issues for a longer stay.

Our stay of ~15 people was great! Renato was quite responsive - he does have a clear list of rules and fees if they are broken, but we found them to be completely reasonable. Our only few small notes are the living room couch is different than the pictures (it's 2 separate pieces of furniture, not an L shape). Very comfortable and still adequate for sleeping. There's 4 upstairs bedrooms and 2 downstairs bedrooms, but the WiFi does not reach very well downstairs. The sauna is electric, with rocks for adding water, and heats up very nicely. All in all, we were quite pleased. Beautiful location overlooking the lake, we'd definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Super cute house, very comfortable. The spa was a great feature and it's nicely protected from the wind. I would stay here again without hesitation :)

This was my first stay in a Airbnb home and am so glad I chose Sanaa's place. Being new at this, I needed a little help with the whole process and Sanaa was there to help me every step of the way. Her House is new, modern, and clean. There was plenty of room for four adults who like to have there own space when needed. Checking in was a breeze and her instructions are right on point. Sanaa was very responsive to questions that came up during our stay and I will stay at her house again when I come back to Ottawa. Thank you Sanaa for a wonderful stay!

We loved the fireplace. We don’t have one at our home so being able to light a fire daily was super sweet. The kitchen is really well equipped to make full meals. Easy walk to get a cup of coffee, soup or sandwich. To get to the place, you use an outer staircase. Just be careful if it’s icy. We felt at home in the space. Thank you.

Cleanest bnb we have been to. We loved our stay though short but it was relaxing, beautiful view and just felt right at home.

Amazing stay, was a beautiful place and the walk to the mountain was great. Hosts were incredibly helpful and their recommendations were great. Fireplace, outdoor fire pit and bbq. Perfect for a romantic getaway!

Great location for mt. tremblant, easy to follow instructions, nice restaurant walking distance from the location.

Walking distance from chair lifts to ski/snowboard at Mont-Tremblant. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

My husband and I spent a lovely weekend mid November. Having the experience of the dome is very different but a nice experience. Being able to look out at the forest, see the birds and water is so calming. The domes are pretty close and as you have privacy of nobody seeing in your dome we were able to hear others. Get ready to work and manage the fire, as it was fun to do so it was hard to manage at night and therefore when it went out we started to get cold , waking up in the middle of the night to restart it which had a major impact on our sleep. (Suggest : bring an extra blanket from home) The hot tub is managed manually by your man made fire so be ready to work it before you can go in (took us forever). As the wifi isn’t strong ,which we knew and were aware as it was stated in reservation it was a forced way to disconnect , relax and enjoy the nature surroundings . We would definitely head back for another weekend to disconnect and recharge. :)

We were in the area for a wedding, and had a wonderful time! The home is spacious, and had everything we needed. The view and the gardens are lovely!

Chalet very well located. The site is superb and quiet. We enjoyed the Christmas decor upon arrival. The outdoor fireplace and spa were well appreciated. Very comfortable cottage.

Beautiful location and great hosts. We had a very merry Christmas with my sister and her family and our dad. Check in and out were easy and the chalet was extremely comfortable it was just like being at home. The fire place was so nice to come back to after a day of skiing and the hot tub even more so. The kitchen is well stocked and driveway is big, just because if you have a trailer like we did, there is room to park it up by the road. The driveway is quite steep. The bedrooms were comfortable and the linens were very nice. The place was perfect for the 7 of us and three dogs but it easily fits more. About 20 mins into the town of Tremblant and 30 mins to the ski hill/resort but it’s a beautiful drive. Would definitely stay here again for a trip to the area. Merci!

We enjoyed our stay. Amenities were excellent. There are more than enough beds (the place could probably host more than the actually number of guests it's limited to if it needed). Although we found some broken glass in the backyard (probably from a prior guest), we don't hold it against it as the property is quite large and I imagine the previous guests didn't sufficiently inform the host in order to find and remove. We will surely be considering this place again for future cottage stays.
