Lucy's place is located very close to Ortigia and lots of shops in Siracusa. It is also tucked away in a quiet street, very clean, comfortable, and includes a wide range of amenities. This was my second time as a guest of Lucy - she is very kind, amicable, easy to communicate with and provides a great opportunity to enjoy Siracusa and Isola di Ortigia.

Located near the sea, reachable both on foot and by its own means (15 minutes walk, 4/5 by car) , the house has a personal touch in the decor thanks to the owner who made it unique. It is cozy and spacious, with a very large terrace on which you can enjoy every meal and is as shown in the photos, except for a few extra updates. As if that wasn't enough, it's in a quiet and peaceful location, perfect for those who love tranquility. The owner of the house is in turn welcoming and friendly, as well as available, which made the stay enjoyable.

An evocative place surrounded by citrus grove, a great location to reach the beaches and the most beautiful places. Mrs. Maria's courtesy and kindness accompanied us throughout our stay with her wonderful tips on places to see. The excellent breakfasts accompanied by the delicious jams prepared by them, and Giusy's friendliness and kindness over breakfast in the morning that always made the day start with a smile in the morning. If we're in those parts again, we'll definitely be back...

We had a super relaxing time at Illary's place. The bed was extremely comfortable and our bathroom was totally beautiful. The room, breakfast room, pool, entire property is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is sufficient, yogurt, granola, cornflakes, eggs, fruit and pastries are ready, salami, ham and cheese are available at the table on request. The homemade lemon cake is extremely delicious! Check-in was very straightforward, Illary welcomed us warmly. We were able to park in the yard which was also totally convenient. The sea is within walking distance, and a larger beach with beach bar and loungers is a 15-minute walk. All in all a good accommodation in a good location and recommended. Thank you Illary.

The room is really very nice and is part of an equally nice apartment, renovated in a really nice way. The cleanliness was great. However, the house is a little far (20 min walk) from Ortigia, which is in fact the only place of interest in the city (removed the archaeological site that is very close). On the other hand, parking was free and very convenient. Great breakfast at the nearby bar, included. Unfortunately, we were woken up in the morning by the noise of the elevator, really strong.

It was a great room in a great location. Very well maintained. Quiet space, even though it’s on the main square (in November, mind you). Giada prepared an amazing breakfast: eggs, fruit, cold cuts, bread, all sorts of pastries, tea and cappuccino. Didn’t need to eat for the rest of the day! We can highly recommend. 👍👍

I often come to Augusta and have the chance to stay in a mini apartment like Massimo's is a great solution for me. I will also use it in the future and recommend it for the great value.

Very nice place. Plenty of room. The kitchen is huge, we could use it just for us the 4 days, although it is shared with other apartments. Thanks Azzurra for this special treatment. Breakfast for us Germans to sweet and not always punctually ;-) Azzurra seems a little bit chaotic, but that makes her human and lovely. Also her father is very helpful. Total recommended.
