Newly remodeled in 2019!!! 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath, full kitchen, and laundry facilities house located within walking or biking distance to the heart of Caseville. A Great view of firework festivities and break wall from the beach. The house is not directly on the water but located on water side of M-25 about 75 yards to the water with a private beach access. Spacious parking for multiple vehicles. Picnic table and gas grill available. The house has room for 9 guests and is fully furnished.

Two story cottage on 1.5 acres (1825 sq feet) on a canal just 5 minutes from Caseville! Sleeps 9. Two bedrooms (one with queen and one with full and bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top)) on second floor with living room, stocked kitchen, full bath, and laundry room. There is also bunk beds (out in open) with full bath on first floor. Home is on canal to Wild Fowl Bay. Second story deck with 6 seat table - beautiful sunsets! Fire pit out front. Home is surrounded by fence.

There is one bathroom, with shower (no tub) **We ask you bring your own bedding/towels. We are a 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach on Lake Huron. Fire pit, hammock, deck area. Explore the area!
