This is a great deal for the location and activities in nearby. There are a bunch of great beaches wonderful snorkeling beautiful landscapes to explore here. Real cute little downtown area with some nice restaurants and attractions. This is a good safe place to explore Rincon.

The hospitality Jorge and Brenda showed us is the same hospitality I’ve experienced at 5-star hotels and resorts. They were super communicative, responsive and helpful. Beyond that, the house had everything we needed for a great family vacation, including beach chairs, snorkel gear, more than enough towels and even a cooler and umbrellas. It was all in the small details, they thought of everything and it showed. We were in town visiting family but in the days we had nothing to do, going to the beach nearby fully equipped turned our trip into a resort vacation. 10/10 highly recommend.

My family and I were on vacation in their apartment, we really liked it, a recommendation I would have liked it to have some generator for when the light in PR goes away. Everything else was excellent. Good view and private area. Thank you very much

Ernesto, This was my 3x visit to 🇵🇷 this year and the stay @ Vega Baja was amazing! I took my wife, daughter, son and my granddaughter on a Xmas vacation and we had a wonderful time. The amazing sea turtles, fish and octopus you can see in the canal at the beach down the street are like a free excursion truly incredible. Hundreds of fish swimming around you. I highly recommend a good snorkel 🤿 so you can see for yourself. Location location location everything is right there no need to leave the neighborhood. Felt safe at all times. We love feeling safe and the locals were great. Good vibes everywhere in area. The Santana family.

David is a great host. this is our second time renting from him and it was just as wonderful as the first. I love the location because it's kinda private and yet close to allot. You definitely need a car to get around. the space is bright and comfortable. great views of the ocean.

It was all we expected and more. Clean, great amenities, safe, everyone was friendly. As already stated you do need to rent a car.

Roomy enough for 2 people. Kitchen not as equipped as I thought it would be. Had the basic essentials. No kitchen towels or paper products. No can opener. No hot water in kitchen or bathroom sink. Bathroom very small. Overall, not a bad place. Maybe I’m just spoiled.. lol

This is my fourth stay at Nelida's place I feel safe,completely happy and comfortable there.The neighbors are fantastic people is dead end street,no traffic at all.And the view from the house is awesome . Can't wait to return. Nelida thanks for sharing your beautiful paradise.

We stayed during the Christmas holiday and the house was great, extremely clean, spacious and looked like the pictures. There were 5 of us and we had more than plenty of space. The kitchen is great, we used the stove and oven for Christmas Eve dinner. The yard and pool area is great. It's close to the beach, about a 10 minute drive to Playa Jobos and near the main stores (grocery stores, Walgreens and Wal-mart) and restauarants. Overall, I would stay here again, the house is beautiful, perfect and peaceful location and Ray was very responsive when we had questions. Great place and I highly recommend staying here in Isabela, which is one of our favorite cities on the island.

Worth every penny. Exactly as pictured and John is super responsive. You could stay at this Airbnb all day or walk 5minutes down to the beach. Breakfast and coffee is a 2minute walk up the street and there was a pack n play, and high chair as well as beach chairs and umbrella perfect for family gatherings as well!

Our experience at this Airbnb was fantastic from the moment we arrived. Ernest, the host, was outstanding. He personally welcomed us upon arrival and made us feel at home right away. The place is in an extremely central location, which made it easy for us to access all the main attractions in the area. Additionally, the cleanliness of the space was impeccable, which really enhanced our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay. This house was spacious, comfy beds, a/c was on upon arrival, the house/bathrooms were very clean. Marc was very attentive. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Sol, Playa y Arena. The place is cute and tidy and was well suited for our group, four adults and one kid. It's about a 10 minute walk out to the Playa, convenient and about the same to get to the Plaza where there is good food, coffee and other sights. The street itself is easy to access and park on, not too busy though as some have mentioned there is a bar around the corner called Lopez Residence (which looks amazing by the way). That can go a little late, but in general the location is fantastic and easy to get out and explore. Highlights in the area were Messalina, an Italian restaurant near Plaza Rafael Hernandez Marin, and La Griferia for the craft beer and food by the beach. The various beaches either a short walk or a short drive away are amazing and super easy to access. The kitchen, internet, ac and tv all worked fine. Melany and Waleska were helpful and communicated well. We would love to come back!

Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Close to the beach and the pool is just outside the door. A really nice place for a couple to stay. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The Rincon area has nightlife, good restaurants, great beaches, friendly people. English spoken everywhere. Surfing and swimming beaches nearby. Snorkeled with dolphins and turtles. We loved our stay at Pelican Reef. The studios are the perfect size for a couple. Our studio was clean, comfy and we had a beautiful view of the ocean and pools. We’ll be back!

Nice apt walking distance from the beach and the downtown. Very secure and with everything you need to have a nice time.

Host ensured instructions were clear and was very communicative. I traveled with parents and they loved the amenities. Matched the description. Very very accommodating. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. We are already planning a trip back. Couldn't be more thankful.

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.
