Good clean place in a central area

For the solo traveler visit Downtown Sacramento for business, this really is the ideal location. I visited Sacramento for a conference this time, and the building is a 5-min walk to the convention center as well as a variety of downtown locations. Alot of restaurants connected to or close to the building, wide-range as well. Private, with amenities and services (very helpful that Sara includes items to do laundry) I look forward to staying here again. Great deal, great host, great location -don't hesitate if it's available.

Great apartment at a very good price. Convenient for getting around downtown Sacramento. The unit was clean, Denver was responsive to a question I had, and overall everything was just very easy.

I always felt safe and I loved how close Matt’s place was to anything I needed! A great person, great location, and a great room! I couldn’t recommend enough!

Simply astonished by the quality and beauty of this property! Mike & Beth were very accommodating, allowed us to book in advance so that we could establish our travel plans without worry. The apartment was phenomenal, brand new appliances and furnishings, comfortable beds, immaculate restroom and kitchen. Plenty of storage space and linens, the location was perfect for DOCO/Golden 1 access, and we felt incredibly safe accessing the property and walking around late into the evening! The balcony is gorgeous, perfect view of the city and the Capitol building. Thank you so much for a reliable, comfortable travel experience. 10/10!!!

I loved my stay at Susan’s! Was very easy to locate and get inside. Susan was responsive and the description of the stay was accurate. Great location with a trail running behind it.

Everything about this condo is 5 stars! I was lucky enough to stay for a month, and it was like being at home. The condo is well equipped with everything you might need, and the neighborhood is safe, walkable, with tons to do within walking distance. I hope to come back soon!

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

Adam and Xiul's place is perfect for a family get together. It is spacious, very well stocked, clean, in a great location for access off the highway and access to downtown, and every bed in all four bedrooms was comfortable. It was fun having a community park across the road with a basketball court and the Airbnb stocked basketball. The enclosed backyard was great for our dogs! There is highway noise when outside, but amazingly quiet when the doors were closed. Adam or Xiul were fast in response to any of our questions. We will run out of space to state all the great things about this place and the community that has a great coffee spot and a bar that allows dogs. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely book this for another family reunion.

Beautifully put together home, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will definitely be staying here again. Natalie is very responsive and accommodating.

My family had a great time at Mia's place! It was comfortable and had a great floor plan for our needs. Mia and Scott were super responsive and helpful with all my questions. The hot tub was great! Lots of games to play.. Dining table fit our family perfectly. Lots of comfortable seating outside as well. The only thing I wished for were loungers to truly relax, but besides that, everything was really great.

We had an issue with the internet, but the host was accommodating enough to come down and fix it, and the place was overall nice. I would stay there again if necessary. Definitely comfortable and quiet neighborhood.
