Impeccable house, very pleasant. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained with an outdoor shower. Emilia is very available despite the language barrier. The nearby beach is ideal for children, the water is clear. Many activities nearby only with a vehicle. The village of Tertenia just a short drive away is rather sad. We had a busy week with very good memories. To be done again!

Daniela and Adriano are great hosts, communication worked well. Adriano welcomed us at the apartment and showed us everything. We got some more tips and recommendations from him. The apartment has a beautiful small terrace where you can enjoy sun all day. We liked it very much and we recommend it.

Here you can meet very friendly, hard-working and helpful hosts 😎👌 The communication is effortless and sometimes quite funny via "Google Translate" 😅 Parking is sufficiently available directly at the accommodation, in addition you can find it on the very wide street in front of it. House plenty of more parking spaces, e.g. for large vans. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces in a shed for motorcycles, right at the property. Here you can stop it completely without hesitation longer from 🤗 Fantastic beaches can be reached in about 6 minutes by car (car, motorcycle, moped). The supermarket is about a 4-minute walk away. An ice cream shop with excellent coffee, beer, etc. as well as 2 pizzerias are about a 5-minute walk away.

Guiseppe is really kind. Whenever something did not work, he quickly offered help and got everything going. He is very approachable and funny. Full recommendation..

We had a great stay in Cala Gonone. The apartment was really spacious with two big bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and nice outdoor space as well. It’s an easy short walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. Handy supermarket just round the corner as well. Catarina was really welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

The apartment was super furnished and you had the feeling of being at home, there was nothing missing. Cardedu and its surroundings are highly recommended by car, nearby beaches are easy to explore. There are several shopping facilities nearby, which are also within walking distance. Cardedu itself, is a rather quiet and untouristy place. Stefano was always easy to reach and gave us great tips for excursions, etc. Conclusion: If you want to explore the southern east coast of Sardinia by car, Stefano is in great hands. :)

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place is very beautiful with all the little colorful details and it is easy to feel like at home. Surroundings are perfect for climbing and hiking and there is a supermarket near by. Overall really good :)

We had four days stay in the accommodation and were very satisfied! Great communication, very nice house with lots of charm and in a super central location. There were only two of us, but it's a great place to stay for four people too (just more pots and a bigger pan would be great then). We would mist definitely visit again. Great place to stay in Cala Gonone and visit the surroundings. The apartment is very well equipped, quiet, with sea views and a little extra for the very pleasant outdoor terrace. Free and easy parking nearby. Bianca lives below and is very available. I highly recommend this place.

Loved our stay at Elena’s place ! Great location and easy to walk everywhere in Cala Gonone. Large one bedroom apartment with a nice outdoor area. Elena was very responsive and helpful and very accomodating about a late check out

We had a really pleasant stay! Everything was wonderful, we hope to visit again!

We were before the season, a group of 5. The house is enough for everyone to relax and have a meal on the terrace overlooking the beach and the sea. The apartment is located 20m from the beach, parking under the house. Out of season, complete peace and quiet, during the week we met only one neighbors, perfect conditions for relaxing. A home equipped with all the amenities (maybe a hot water tank could be bigger :) We didn't have any unpleasant adventures. The host keeps in touch, responds to messages instantly.

We spent a week in the house of Luisa and Peppe and enjoyed our stay very much. The house was perfect for us with 2 children (3&6) and 4 adults and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful- just above the beach and a short walk to the main street of Cala Gonone. Luisa and Peppe were wonderful hosts and helped us plan activitys or gave us restaurant tips. We would definatly reccomend staying here!

A lovely secluded place to stay. The house is very stylish and has very good amenities. You feel right at home. The beach can be reached in 10 minutes (by walk). A flexible check-in/out was possible. The communication was very good. We highly recommend it!

We (couple) were greeted by the whole family at check-in, Marcella and her husband and nephew had come to show us the house and tell us a little bit of its history. It is very discreetly renovated and has a lot of charm. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are accessible via a small courtyard, and we enjoyed sitting there in the sun after our excursions. The larger bedroom has its window to this courtyard and is therefore quiet. We were able to sleep well. We did so much that we didn't have time to use the gym. (I thought it was a nice idea in case the weather didn't allow any outdoor activities.) Since Oliena is located at an altitude of about 380 m on the slope of the Supramonte Mountains, it was still quite cool at the beginning of April 2025, the heaters worked very well. Thank you for everything!

Spacious apartment for four people, with beautiful veranda. Giorgio was welcoming and discreet, giving us good advice on nearby excursions. Definitely a great area for visiting Sardinia: a strategic point of Ogliastra. Super Recommended.

I was in the apartment for 6 weeks, 3 days to work and 4 days for cycling during the week. The wifi was reliable and sufficiently fast. In terms of cycling, the surroundings are challenging but extremely scenic. Michele and Marco were very friendly and accommodating hosts whom I would very much like to recommend. In Bari Sardo, all shops are serving everyday needs, incl. Restaurants and pubs, available in sufficient numbers. I would definitely recommend the restaurant Ristrot with delicious wine and menu.

Heated accommodation, in impeccable condition, overlooking the village and in an excellent location to reach the carnival streets. We greatly appreciated the advice, upon our arrival, on the events available in the country.
