The apartment with an excellent location and a totally safe place for the children and the family… I loved it is there, I took a long trip of 900 km and the duration of this trip taking traffic was 4 pm with stops, I arrived at 11 pm in fear of being a dangerous and kind of difficult place to meet and remove the children and suitcases from the car. Well, the place surprised me, easy to find , insurance and those responsible for the condominium (collaborators) , were very helpful and attentive… Of course I can't help but extol the total attention that José Luiz paid to us, warned the condominium about my arrival , guided us and there were many enlightening conversations so that I felt at home or some family apartment in a beach… I will return to this region of the lakes and the search will always be for this stay , as it is very worth taking the car and going to the beach spending 10 minutes by car and having a totally safe place for the children…

It was a great destination and in a wonderful location. the apartment is great with a WONDERFUL view the condominium has swimming pools, sauna among several other things. and Márcia is wonderful.

Communication with Heitor and his assistants is excellent. They are very willing to solve any questions or queries instantly. The apartment is BEAUTIFUL! Located inside a complex with many amenities that make the stay a pleasure! The area is excellent! In front of a quiet beach and meters from the harbor for taking boats (they are necessary to visit the best beaches) and great restaurants! We will be staying here again!!

The large, air-conditioned, comfortable room with excellent quality furniture. The leisure area is tempting, you don't even have to leave the house. A stunning look, spacious jacuzzi, comfortable sauna, new barbecue and minibar, first-class equipment. The region is also very favorable, super safe, easy access to all the beaches of Arraial, being on the main avenue of the neighborhood. They were unforgettable days, we hope to return soon. The stay couldn't have been better, just perfect, the apartment has IT ALL! The condominium is practically a club, pool, sauna, Areia court, game room, absolutely perfect, all extremely clean and organized. The hostess was left us at will all the time and always answered any mininous doubt at the time, finally it still made us a kindness that left the most perfect stay of theq was. we will definitely return for a next weekend or vacation. 1000% reliable, you can rent.

Very pleasant apartment! Anfitrial, very kind, even having little contact between us! The well-decorated apartment, we miss a hairdryer and the lack of curtains, both in the living room (dining table) which greatly hinders privacy and in the bedroom the lack of blackout, and the clarity hinders sleep until later! When we arrived we noticed that the sheets seemed to have been used and had a lot of hair! We use our on top! Now what caused a bit of strangeness of mine was the placement of a camera mibo, in the kitchen door outside! The condominium being all monitored, I don't think I had the need! (Being that it captures audio and images storing in Sd card and in the Cloud, having the hosts, access to audios from inside the apartment (KITCHEN), and images of the entire entrance! For me that I have 6 of these in my home, I didn't worry but I was very surprised because it was the first time I saw it on an airbnb! Tirando os obs, super recommend!

Márcio's Accommodation very good in a gated community which brings more security when traveling with family, which was our case, is only a little far from Rua das Pedras 10 Km (25 min). Very clean locale I and my family love it.
