Vacation rentals in Arapahoe

As always Alison was a great host and the property was not just as clean and ready to go , but the added extras were noticed and appreciated. We will always make this our first choice.

Anita is very up front with everything. The place is spacious, plenty of kitchen ware, and plenty of extras such as blankets, towels, etc. Anita is very friendly, respectful and helpful ~ definitely would stay there again! While staying at Anita's place, there was a storm that took out the electricity ~ Anita was right on top of explaining things to us and even was willing to bring us else where if it did not come back on!!

Great place to stay! We came to see the crane migration and were very comfortable here! The beds were comfortable and the place was really nice. Super close to the Rowe Sanctuary as well! There is some noise at night from nearby trains, but it didn’t bother us much.

Our stay was exactly what we needed. Me and the dogs took the downstairs and my friend took the upstairs we both got a good night sleep it was great to have a fenced in big yard for the dogs and the driveway was nice and private I felt safe in the neighborhood and walked the dogs in the park in the morning before taking off. The hosts were super kind and friendly and also assessable.

Our out of state family were pleased with their accommodations for the weekend. We appreciate having this beautiful place to rent for visiting family. They enjoyed their stay and commented on the comfort of the Wheel House, the convenience of street level entry. We will rent again. Thank you!

Great for our large family. Our children and grandchildren. We had ample room, private bedrooms for when grandchildren needed a nap.

A perfect stop on our cross country road trip! Great spot for pups and our family of 4 adults and 1 infant. Kressy was an extremely responsive and helpful host! She checked in with us when it snowed and even made sure the driveway was clear so that we could easily get back on the road in the morning. Thanks, Kressy!

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in! The keyless entry made for easy access to the house when we arrived. It was easy to find everything we needed for the kitchen and the bathrooms. All the tv’s are smart tv’s. The front and back patios are beautiful and comfortable. The beds and couches are comfortable and the electric fireplace made the house nice and cozy. We would definitely stay here again!

Dan is a really responsive and reasonable host! The place was mostly as expected, but just so you know, the second bedroom is downstairs. The house is cozy and is in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants in the area and of course a good landing pad for seeing the Sandhill cranes! WiFi worked great. However, if you’re planning to work, just know there isn’t a good desk or table for setting up a laptop with an external monitor.
