Very nice house and the photos correspond very well to what is found in reality. The house is close to the dam and has a wonderful view. Mrs. Eliana (employee) is a differential (brings that inn comfort lol)… oh and the Jacuzzi.. sensational! I will certainly return and will still recommend it to friends…

Paulo's house has an excellent division between the space for rest(suites) and the space for socializing, providing well-being for all guests, according to the age, desire and routine of each one🥰!!! The location is easily accessible, even at night! Gated and safe condominium! Great mattresses, we all slept very well!!! The bathrooms are perfect for a relaxing bath! We do not use the hydro because of the cold, but it was at our disposal. Kitchenware, crockery, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, fridge, all spotless for our amenity and comfort! Loved the integrated get-together space, furnishings and decor🙃!!! Flexible check in and check out, according to our need, and without delay!!! Instant response from host😉!!! Very well-equipped, comfortable house. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great bathrooms. Great leisure structure, such as a swimming pool, barbecue area, lawn. Very well maintained house! We had a great family stay.

The service, attention, care and quality of returns went far beyond any experience I've ever had on Airbnb, Bianca really knows how to get paid. The house is very good, the photos well reflect the reality, which is even better. Very well structured, good utensils, very complete. There was nothing missing. The condominium that is the house is impressive, almost a neighborhood. Very clean and organized. On arrival, it looks like you're in California. I would come back more often!

The house is really very nice. Everything was very well organized and clean. It has everything you need for a safe and quiet stay. Very clean, smelling and quality bed linens. The decoration of the house and rooms left us in every detail, not to mention that all 5 bedrooms are suites and with air-conditioning. The condominium where the house is located is very safe and beautiful. The front-to-house dam is very clean and with quiet waters, where we could swim, kayak and practice stand up paddle (which the house provides), not to mention that enjoying the sauna at the end of the day was also a delight. We will definitely be back!

The place is very large, the house is very spacious, and the place is very beautiful, it needs some renovations on the floors and on the pier, and the location of the map is not the same as the house, (it is behind the bizungao station and not near the bridge). Of the rest I recommend, great option.

Our Estádia was extremely pleasant and met all our expectations. We were able to enjoy the family holiday in a beautiful and very complete place. The host was also always available to guide and help us by intermediating contact with the homemaker. The house is very spacious and although old is cozy, all facilities were available. I definitely recommend!

The house is good, well located and with a very beautiful view. There were some unexpected things about cleanliness, but the host was very attentive and resolved the unexpected. One point we saw is that the living room/sofa area is not very safe for those who have small children between 1-3 years old (our case, my daughter is 1 years and 6 months old and we had to stay behind her all the time so she doesn't fall) but this is not the owner's fault, you just have to be very careful when you go with small children. The Wi-Fi signal is also not one of the best if you have to use it for work, but it is ok to navigate the internet. We recommend the house!

Great place to stay, the house is old but a clean place, I just missed the air conditioning, the heat was terrible, but the place softened a lot, Renato gave us a great attention, a place I will return for sure! Of course! If our good God allows! I would recommend it!

Everything was very peaceful! Flexibility in check-in and check-out. Very good facilities, beach in front of the ranch and neighbors who did not disturb us. There were about 4 dogs there, 2 of them, Bingo and Bibi, very friendly and liked to walk with us. There was no internet connection on site, but none was needed, there is a cell phone signal (Claro), but no one goes there to surf (the internet)! They had 2 kayaks for fun, but both were punctured, the yellow one filled up quickly and sank, the red one could be used for a few minutes. They also had life jackets in good condition. Portable barbecue on the balcony that served us very well! In the en-suite and in the living room there was a lot of long hair on the floor, but a sweep solved it. We had no shortage of energy or water! Very complete kitchen utensils. Gabriel pointed us to a great pizzeria (across the street) really good!! It was very worthwhile, I would definitely come back!

Place well organized and well located. Whenever I needed information, I was answered quickly.

The days in the house were amazing and provided great memories. We were in 9 people, 8 adults and 1 child. Everyone was very happy and comfortable with the space. The lawn, the view, the nature, the dam, the jacuzzi, everything! "Everything is really like the photos and live it ends up exceeding all expectations. The house has a great structure and Josi, indicated to support us in cleaning and in the kitchen, was wonderful, gentle and makes a delicious homemade meal. The condominium is great for walks in the early morning and in the late afternoon. The communication with Piero, owner of the house, was always very good and fast. I highly recommend it. We will definitely return at a next chance.
