I took my parents along, and this stay was absolutely perfect for us. The house truly felt like a home, with beautifully designed interiors and everything we could possibly need already provided. We especially loved having breakfast on the stunning patio, surrounded by lush greenery, tall trees, and vibrant plants—such a serene way to start the day. The location is in a very safe neighborhood. Our host was exceptional, always available, responsive, and proactive in ensuring our stay was smooth. He even checked in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This property and its service exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and well-maintained place to stay. Can’t wait to return.

The place was great! The pictures somehow don't do justice to how spacious the place is. Siddharth was great to begin with but I was mainly coordinating with other members of his family who were handling all the logistics. Neha, his wife was a great help and was very nice! Mohan sir also was very helpful - he helped us out with everything at the property. The hosts are fantastic, the place is nice and clean. The area is great and easily accessible! Had a great stay! Will surely be back!

This place is a perfect stay for 2 people, it's functional and Aniket and Amit were very responsive as well. It's nearby to all the good restaurants and equal distance towards norther part of goa like Anjuna, Vagator and the central goa which is Panjim. highly recommend this place.

We were people of 4 boys, really had a nice stay at poojas place . We were shocked at the entrance but were highly satisfied by looking at the apartment . Room cleaning was done on daily basis without disturbing our peace. WiFi connection was extremely good.Beds and sofas were neat and cozy . We liked the pillows on the sofa very much 😉.Restrooms were very neat and clean , maintained on daily basis . Special thanks for Bluetooth speakers at hall and very fast laundry services. If you are planning to visit Goa as a group will suggest this place for sure. Really had a nice stay and special thanks to pooja😁

I had a wonderful experience at Jay's place and it did feel like home. He was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He did stuck small notes around the house and even made a list of all places, resturants and everything you required. There were Wi-Fi issues and power cuts but I think that's a problem everywhere in Goa. Overall, Jay was spot-on and amazing 👏💯 Thank you for the memorable stay ☺️

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

Very good, affordable place with friendly housekeeping

I had a very nice stay, the location was great, tucked away in the countryside and only a 4-5 min scooter ride to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was lovely and spacious with a lovely balcony also where you can relax and watch the sun come up. It had a couple of comfy chairs snd and a daybed to relax on. I would recommend this place and am planning to return next year. Thanks for a lovely stay. 👍

Kenneth was very responsive from day 1. Few of us had early flights and he was gracious enough to allow us an early checkin. The place is good. Location wise there isn't much to do but if you are coming with family and want to have a good time at the villa. Then this is the place to visit. The place is clean and the help Mr. Viresh was extremely polite and very helpful.

The stay was very pleasant, the vibe of the place was very positive and homely. The location was near to beach and market. The place has all the amenities which were listed. The host victor is very friendly and responsive. The experience was very delightful.

It was a wonderful experience at Umiya Serene.The house and the surroundings are quite and peaceful and easily accessible to most of the places. All the places like Panjim, Baga, Candolim, Calangute are all less than 20 mins away . You can enjoy the cafes around everything which a stone's throw away. Wonderful place for family as well as a group of friends. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. Ram (The caretaker) can sort you out for anything and everything.. A very helpful contact. Shweta was very responsive. No complaints whatsoever, 100% will be my next choice for my next Goa Trip.

the place is exceptionally beautiful. Everything has been well thought about and provided for. While 3 members in our group fell sick unexpectedly, we were thankful to be in a place where we could comfortably take care of them. The instructions provided at the user manual helped us with the nearest hospital details. The well labelled kitchen helped us easily sort things out. The Board Games kept us company since we couldn't really go out. The tiny details you have thought about in the entire house making it so practical and comfortable for the guests is commendable. And the place is exactly how the photos you have put up in the website. Will definitely be suggesting this place to friends travelling to Goa. Thankyou once again.

Home away from home!! The Cim & Sands is the perfect definition for a serene, quiet and comfortable stay yet at a whistle shot distance from all the glamour of Goa..The gallery has a sit out which overlooks the b(lu)eautiful swimming pool followed by a long mesmerising pasture of greenery. The decor of the apartment complements the overall surroundings of peace and tranquility. The host is super proactive, considerate and caring who not only catered for all our nonchalant requests but also very thoughtfully decked up the apartment with all the minute details which a family requires during stay. And thus, Cim and Sands becomes your own abode away from your home. The property is in a gated society which provides security as well as caters for all the daily requirements of groceries/ food with all online ventures. Our heartfelt gratitude and compliments to the host for making our stay a beautiful and memorable one!!!

I'm giving 5 stars because the host is great, but here is my honest opinion. The flat is nice and spacious and the beds are comfortable. However, this listing has the same problem as other places in Goa: the photos are from when the place was new. It no longer looks like that. Things are broken, the ceiling is moldy, the couch is almost unusable. And the building? Disgusting! It smells like sewage everywhere, there is a thick layer of dirt on surfaces, broken tiles on the floor, holes, etc. We had to carry our toddler around the building to avoid falling or hurting. The swimming pool? Dirty! Maybe not too dirty for Indians since there were many people using it, but for foreigners, this was the dirtiest pool I've ever seen. The pump system didn't seem to be working so there was a layer of muck at the bottom... In short, if you just want a budget accommodation to sleep and cook (good kitchen), this place is great. But if you care about cleanliness and detail, this place is not for you.

I statyed at Tarunpreet's penthouse last month for 5 nights with my family which included my elderly parents and my infant daughter. The house is located at a very convenient location if you want to explore North Goa, Panaji is a 10 minute drive. The kitchen is well stocked, other amenities like washing machine and microwave make the stay comfortable. The place is very clean, aesthetically designed and spacious, with a beautiful and large terrace which adds to the charm. The housekeeping is very professional and attend to your needs proactively. There are a number of convenience stores nearby and home delivery is also available. There is dedicated parking available for the penthouse, I would recommend having a personal vehicle. Tarunpreet is a welcoming host who makes sure you feel at home, she is available at all times of the day on messaging apps or call. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a luxurious and warm stay in Goa.
