The place is great, quiet, clean and functional. The apartment is excellent for staying many days, it was so good that we spent more time in it resting than enjoying the common spaces or the city. The refrigerator and air-conditioning deserve special praise. The host was very helpful, gave tips on how to access the river and did everything for our best stay, I will definitely come back, it's not every day that you meet someone so helpful and attentive. The pools are good for those who are going with children, they are all shallow and not very hot, all the staff are polite and kind.

We reserve the house for a special family moment. From the beginning for the decision of the rental to the return of the keys they were super attentive with us. They made both check-in and check-out flexible and this contributed greatly to the wonderful moment we had. The place is very beautiful, all very clean and organized, we couldn't have booked a better place. We thank Leidiane, Joana and Eric for cordiality. We hope to come back more often and I recommend without any doubt!

I loved the place , all well organized and clean and close to the centrinho , very well organized apartment, but it should have bed and bath linens, but everyone who rents are from other cities and states , not always give to take these bed and bath linens. The others were great. Super indico the location is great.

The space is great. All well cared for. The condominium is very beautiful and organized. The apartment is clean, well-conditioned, mattress and pillows very comfortable. Access to Rio Quente is very good, adapted and safe. Some notes to ask questions and help whoever is renting the space: - All pipes/cascades of the condominium are in cold pools. - Bring a mat to the bathroom and dish towels, since it does not have these items (as already stated in the listing, which does not have basic items) and makes a difference in the use of the apartment.

The hotel is beautiful, all new and well maintained, spacious to accommodate everyone. The room is good in size but the lack of everyday materials makes the kitchen unfeasible. But the hostess was very kind and quick to arrange dishes and cutlery for us.

My wife and I have stayed at Residencial Casa da Madeira a few times. It was the first time we stayed at this Cleyde unit. The apartment is excellent, as shown in the photos, very clean, air-conditioned in the bedroom and living room. It has a full kitchen (filter with cold water, air fryer, cook top, microwave, among other portable electronics and kitchen items that make the stay easier). The condominium has a family atmosphere, is very organized and well located.

We travel in a group of 8 people, with ages ranging from 12 to 52 - which is always a challenge. The way in which this space of Daniela was thought to have fully supplied our needs: there are 4 independent suites, with double and single bed in each, and a conunocial, semi open area, with kitchen, barbecue, TV space and a fifth bathroom, in addition to the swimming pool with solar watering. The host responds right away. It is in a new neighborhood of the city, very close to the center, but with more tranquility and green area around.

I and my family love our stay, home extremely clean, me and my daughter are very allergic and feel nothing. Excellent air conditioning, very clean rooms, very clean house. Directions all over the house, we love it because sometimes we have some questions and it's cleared there. Swimming pool bigger than I thought. Super helpful Leonardo, responded quickly. It gave us tips on what to do in Caldas because it was our first time. I found the value of the stay of 5 days 4 nights super in account. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was very quiet, we were with our 3 young children and our grandparents. The condominium is very nice, has 5 pools (if you have the waterfall that is very hot in front of the sauna). The apartment is very complete, comfortable and well located. I took the seasonings I like and prepared lunch the first day. We even made burgers the night in the apartment grill. I took the baby's portable crib and fit perfectly next to us in the suite. In addition, it was possible to wash clothes and use the small poles that are on the balcony, I have nothing to complain about. We are at your disposal cleaning products. We went to the Uber Moonlight Market thing for 5 minutes to get there. Malba was super attentive with us throughout our stay. Voltaria several times and I highly recommend it.
