Love the stay. Love the place. The host was amazing. Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The communication with the host, the location of the flat, the cleanliness is like no other. They think about all the details to make your stay perfect. They even provided a bag for the beach and installed a baby crib with a proper mattress and bedding for our child. Location is right in front of Burj Al Arab and madinat jumeirah, 1 min walking distance. I absolutely highly recommend this place especially this host!

The apartment was super clean. Its exactly as shown in the pictures. Close to public transportation and with top amenities this apartment is a must recommend place👍

Kristina’s apartment is gorgeous and me and my mom really enjoyed our stay here! Everything is brand new and very clean, the view from the apartment is amazing, and the private beach is quiet and spacious. Kristina has been very responsive and accommodating, we would love to come back!

Mohammad is a great host. The apartment is in a good location in Greens, the condition is good, and it was clean and well-maintained. Mohammad was very responsive and quickly reacted to my requests I can highly recommend renting from him.

It's a great place, we loved the environment and the surroundings. It was very peaceful and at the same time have opportunities for lot of outdoor activities . Place has lot of amenities and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a staycation or in Dubai for a wonderful vacation

The villa was excellent. Great place. Very clean. Safe, secure and convenient location. Kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed our Dubai vacation. 100% recommend and we will definitely be back again!!

My family stayed 5 weeks in this beautiful home. The home has been recently renovated and felt very well kept and homely. Despite the summer heat we were able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and made use of the community swimming pools, playgrounds and lakeside walking paths. The house was extremely child friendly. Stefanie and her husband Mike were extremely wonderful hosts - welcoming and very responsive. We were grateful to also have the service of her housekeeper who was also great. All in all my family were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend. I would not be honest if I did not mention that there were some maintenance issues that cropped up during our stay like an AC leak and an issue with a fuse but Stefanie had these resolved very very quickly so we this not really impact our stay. Don’t walk, run! This is a wonderful base from which to explore Dubai. Thank you Stefanie!

Everything si as it must be, great host, nice location.

Sanaz was the perfect hostess. Nothing was too much trouble. Any requests we made was acted in Immediately. Literally Immediately. She was at our door within an hour If you have a large party, this place is perfect. Very spacious. All tge bedrooms are really big. The dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer was a nice bonus especially with detergent being available. Close to beach and local facilities. Carrefour on the doorstep is a bonus. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

The apartment itself is great. It is on the 35th floor, nice views from the balcony. A bit noisy as construction works (buildings nearby) never stops in Dubai, but not disappointed. Very clean, very comfortable, beds are great, kitchen is fully equipped. Dragos was always responsive. The only negative moment is reception and security of the building. I have lived permanently in Dubai for more than a year, visited many buildings and have never seen such ridiculous security system. Everybody is allowed to enter the building only when they show access card. We were a group of 3 persons and had only 1 access card. That was super uncomfortable. I witnessed multiple conflicts at the reception from the owners who own the apartments not being able to pass through the lifts (not talking about guests who rent). However they collect everybody’s passports with photo and then they say it is not enough, only access cards matter :))) Ok, anyway - the apartment itself is great

Lovely apartment. Quiet, well-appointed and homely. And a great location for the golf course, clubhouse facilities and with an ideal shopping centre next door. And Zahra was an extremely responsive and friendly host. So good, I’ve booked to stay there again later this year!

This is one of the best AirBNB rentals I have ever stayed at, hands down. The apartment is stunning. The views are spectacular. The rooftop and pool were my favorite place to be. The photos don’t even do it justice. The linens, bed and pillows were amazing. Having a washer and dryer was really helpful. Communication was fantastic. I couldn’t ask for more. You won’t find a rooftop pool with these views at this price elsewhere— book it!!
